The food was great but we didn’t have time to enjoy it… I told them when I made the booking that we were going to a 7:30 show. We got there at 6:00 and it was 6:10 before they took our drink orders when we reminded them we had a show at 7:30. They took our food order 5 minutes later. They didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink until I actually flagged a waiter down as he was walking past at 6:40 where we reminded them again we had to go to a show. At 7:00 we went up to the waiter while he was serving someone else as he was ignoring us. They went and asked the kitchen & told us our food was coming in 2 minutes. Our main course arrived at 10 past 7 which meant we had 10 minutes to eat our food. The appetizer arrived at 7:17, 3 minutes before we had to leave. People who arrived after us had already eaten and left well before we got our food. Other parties were cancelling their order as they were going to the same show. If you’ve got 3 hours to sit and enjoy yourself the food was great, but don’t even think about going here if you’ve got somewhere to be… You would think they would be grateful just to have anyone dining in their restaurant on a Wednesday and would bend over backwards to accommodate their guests, but… POOR FORM

Waiter was very professional and looked after us very well, food was outstanding! Highly recommend for dinner if you're ever going to the Palais Theatre
