We go often however this time the service was exceptional, there was a new young member of staff who did a great job. Many restaurants lack this type of hospitality. As always the good was lovely

First time coming here and will definitely will be back to try something different. Had the Tony’s special pizza and it was delicious! Loved the crispy wood fired base and serving was huge. Next time I will try a pasta. Service was excellent, atmosphere was busy but still a nice vibe. Family friendly and dog friendly authentic Italian restaurant that has a lot to offer in the menu! 10/10.

Really busy, we sat near one of the doors - so cold with kids. Received wrong food, quickly rectified it. Honestly, not that great pizza dough, very average chilli mussels had beard and grit, the server was lovely - that was the best part of the night. Not that authentic, def Aussie style food - not going there again - not worth the hype.

A table of 13 (including 5 kids under 11) is a big task at the best of times, but our waitsperson Bianca Rosa was brilliant. She was friendly, intuitive and knowledgeable about dishes and ingredients. The food was exceptional and the service met all our expectations. Definitely a return to Ruocco is guaranteed.

The entree (pizza) was almost cold when it came to our table. Two of the mains were luke warm also.

Service not great Waited ages for the food which was bought out in dribs and drabs. Some had finished and others still waiting for the meal
