Our visit was on a Saturday night. sat down at 6pm, ordered and waited. Our entre - garlic pizza - came out 45 mins later, and our main pizza and pasta another 30 mins later. it feels too cramped for the space, and seems that they are trying to cram too many tables into a space to capitilise on profits. Food was pretty good though, so if we return it will be for takeaway or ordering online.

Happy atmosphere and tasty, authentic Italian food as always. And a fantastic Italian espresso to finish.

Usually good, but this time they were clearly overwhelmed by the crowd, long wait to get served, no wine glasses available, entree's still frozen in middle (aranchini), of the 4 mussles in the pasta main only 1 was open indicating not fresh or not cooked properly or both, very very noisy, hard to relax and hear conversation, 1 waitress good others indifferent, may go back but not on a Saturday night.

ok food was excellent, we did sit outside but we prefer it abit quieter, sure plenty of people inside, we dined with two kids (13 year olds).

Didn’t get seated, people pushing in front and staff not attentive, felt ignored until we made it known we were being pushed in front of. Half of our meal was not served, when we reminded them it was so late we didn’t want it then.

Highlight of the dinner was the calamari and the pizza. They are always busy for a reason! Pizzas have such a lovely chewy crust and their homemade pasta is really good!

SPAGHETTI ALLO SCOGLIO was delicious the sauce was amazing and the MARE E MONTI Pizza was delicious aswell.

Went for dinner with friends the service was poor they were out of the daily special of ravioli so we ordered something else all our meals came out except one which we had to wait 10 minutes before it appeared no one asked us if we wanted drinks or a dessert menu or coffee they were too busy cleaning up and stacking tables inside this was only 9.30 we decided they weren’t interested in serving us so we paid the bill and left we won’t be going back in a hurry

sensitive friendly waitstaff who worked out instantly when you wanted them to leave you in peace for a while and when you wanted them to serve. very accommodating and welcoming.

Can be very busy but good value and great pizza!

The food is great, but the service isn’t anything special

Tonight was busy (not unusual) We booked for 6pm (early with children) and the food was very slow coming out. It took an hour for our first courses to arrive. Made it a later departure.

No starters after an hour. Eventually left without eating anything, not a great experience at all for our special family occasion. We won't be going back.

Nice pizza and pasta place even though in a commercial setting. Brewery next door adds to selection of beers. Easy parking. Even for little kids!

Generally the service is pretty good and prompt at Sale pepe. They must have had a bad night, took an hour to get in order for mains, as the staff seemed to ignore us. In the end had to go ask to be served. Had to ask for our water to be topped up several times, again never have to. Then my Pizza base was quite dry, the pastas did come out beautifully though for the other diners. When paying got charged for Parmesan to go with pasta, again for no reason. Was a really off night for Sale , and add the very loud table next to us, and not having us on the table we booked to begin with was very disappointing. Almost makes us not want to go back, and try and find a new italian place to eat. Maybe they are concentrating too much effort on the new brewery venture next door , and forgetting their roots ??

Great setup for families with an area for kids to roam and awesome pizzas everytime. Handy brewery opened Nextdoor with reciprocal rights. BYO wine is handy as well

Authentic Italian, good tasty servings, perfect for kids, reasonable prices. It is also collocated with a brewery making it a whole new experience. Highly recommended especially if your local ;)

Consistently good food and quirky location and decor at a great price make this a family fave. There’s something for everyone on the menu. Keep coming back.
