Babi Panggang Bali
Balinese-inspired confit pork belly and crispy crackling served with Balinese ‘Basa Genep’ spice paste (consisting turmeric, chilli, lemongrass, and others) and ‘Sambal Matah’ (Balinese lemongrass, eschallot, and chilli relish.)
