My hubby can be hard to please when trying new places, though in saying that, he had a great night and enjoyed the meal he chose and the surroundings. He was even able to watch the footy..

Have been here many times and tonight was the worst. Starting at time of order. Staff member nothing but rude and very unhelpful with attitude. Then meal come out quick but gravy was like water. Was just over the whole experience.

The best calamari I've had in a long time. Just wish they could put dressing on the salad.

It’s a regular for mates and I - wings are always tasty- schnitzel are usually good however my last combo wasn’t generous enough with the gravy or toppings..

The waitress wanted to seat us at the first table between the bar and the door, we know this is a very busy spot so we asked for a different table. The waitress was not happy and scowled and sighed with obvious irritation. Two people got their meals and were half finished by the time the vegetarian option finally arrived at the table. The salad was a joke, a bowl of wilted lettuce with one piece of tomato, one ring of raw onion and a slice of cucumber. Chips would’ve been excellent if they didn’t have so much salt on them.

Beautiful meal and friendly staff. We've never had a bad meal there and would definitely encourage others to go there if you want a meal full of flavour and variety!

I had the aloha schnitzel, it was very nice, my family liked there meals too. It was a lil squishy, and cost more than I was expecting, but it was nice.

We booked on lone and when we got there they hadn't received it even though it was booked days before. How ever they could accommodate us when we got there, thankfully.

I love the fact that there is a vegetarian option. I noticed that the portion size has been getting smaller over time, I wasn’t even full when I had it last night. My meat eating family members were satisfied with theirs. The chips are amazing! I think there needs to be a better way to order meals, the queue was very long the whole time we were there, and we were seated where the people had to weave their way around the tables. There is something very off putting about eating your dinner with someone’s butt in your face while they wait to order their meals.

Schnithouse Elizabeth is worth dining at or just going in for a drink. It has a relaxing atmosphere that all family members enjoy. The staff are amazing. They cannot do enough for you. I recommend the Schnithouse to all my friends and family. It is just the best place to enjoy a night out with amazing good for value meals. Can't wait to enjoy another night out at the Schnithouse Elizabeth!!!!!

Group of 12. 1 meal bought out a while before the rest, whilst the one and only desert that was ordered ended up having to be takeaway as it was so late

I don’t usually complain but I have to say the salad we had for $18 was far from delicious it was supposed to be roasted beetroot but tasted like canned and the pasta we had was tasty but I only ate 2 of the 3 prawns as they were so rubbery, I’ve eaten here before many times and it has been fine so this is just a heads up and also we asked a waitresss for Parmesan cheese and she was never to be seen again sorry but a bit disappointed tonight 😔

Food was very average my salad was merely 4 pieces of lettuce. $20 for a basic schnitzel is pricey. Didn't understand the sign on the door of a 10% surcharge when it wasn't even a public holiday. Cashing in on fathers day not cool. Probably won't go there again

Booked using Quandoo, at first we weren't on the reservation list and they where fully booked out. When I mentioned the booking and showed it on my mobile they had us a table instantly. Food was awesome, bit pricey for schnitzels though $25+, but the huge selection of novelty toppings made it fun and tasty.

Staff were great: so friendly and helpful. The six of us enjoyed our meals. Extensive menu. We will come back to enjoy again. Thanks to entire staff.

Had the chicken snitty burger, was pretty good. No complaints, have dined here in the past and also no issues. Though i couldnt beat the snitty challange haha.

it was a very busy Friday night but the service was very good. Meal came out about 15 minutes after ordering. Could not fault the snitzel but the chips and salad could have been better. Salad used to be served in a bowl with dressing. Last night it was on the plate, a tiny amount t with very wilted lettuce and no dressing and the chips were cold.

I asked for a medium rare steak with no mashed potato. The rare steak that came with a healthy dollop of mash was put in front of me and I told my waitperson that my meal wasn't what I ordered and told him why. The response I received was one of the most insincere and sarcastic interactions I've encountered as he provided a dry and drawn out 'Oh no'. Following a silence I was then asked if I wanted him to do something about it, but his tone lacked any genuine desire to do anything about it. I just let it go but his over the top response and total lack of interest was embarrassing to me and disappointing. Otherwise, all other meals were exactly as ordered by the large group and the rest of the Staff were absolutely Fantastic.

Awesome place, great atmosphere and staff are all fabulous. The boneless ribs are to die for. Get in and check it out as soon as possible
