Tasty food but could up the spice level a bit . The tauhu sumbat used the wrong type of tofu. Should have used the crispy type. Very disappointed that the egg balado. ($8) is still not on the menu!!!! Had to ask three times for water but eventually got it. The 2 Staff seemed preoccupied but were accommodating once you got their attention.

The food was great. Atmosphere was warm. Pricing was reasonable.

The food is consistently tasty. Service staff are friendly and efficient. However, vegetarian options are limited. Please add more vegetarian and plant based items. Perhaps some plant based nasi lemak. Also please bring back the egg balado.

We ordered char kuey teow, traditional laksa and fried chicken to share. Plus teh tarik. Food was ok but very salty. The salt can be reduced by half I reckon. Teh tarik is very sweet even though we ask for ‘less sweet’. A bit on pricy side compared with other similar restaurants.

A great neighbourhood gem in the heart of East Vic Park. It serves authentic Malaysian cuisine and the servings are generous and food came out quickly! Great service too! Although the restaurant has limited seating, booking in advance is highly recommended!

Had the nasi lemak and again it didn’t disappoint! Sambal is spicy and goes well with the dish. We also had the chicken satay - meat was moist and tender with a great peanut sauce. Always a satisfying meal at Sedap!
