Great little restaurant serving fantastic, tasty food with a smile. BYO wine which is always a winner and the prices are great. We will definitely be back!

This was our first visit and we will certainly be back. I can highly recommend the laksa and roti bread. The restaurant was bursting at the seams at lunchtime. Great experience.

Best authentic Malaysian nasi lemak in Perth, hands down! Great ambience, not too expensive (compared to NLK). Many Malaysians agree the same. I will not be going to any other nasi lemak shop from now on :)

Ordered the mamak fried chicken, volcano laksa and both are good. The taste of the laksa is intense and flavoursome. The mamak fried chicken is tasteful too. Overall is good.

Food was nice. Teh tarik was abit too sweet and thick. If added with a bit of water it'll taste better but overall it was good.

We tried the nasi lemak with fried chicken, roti canai, and meehoon goreng, and sambal squid it was delicious. And not forgetting the KL Tower (teh tarik).

Great Malaysian selection and the service was impeccable. Me and my friends ordered the Chow Kuey Teow, Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang and Ipoh Ho Fund with Prawn Wanton. It was Excellent! Finished my meal with a "Teh Si" (Malaysian style Tea with evaporated milk ) without sugar

Good service however the food is only OK. It's good to give it a go, as the atmosphere is awesome. Good for big groups so you can try most of the food!

Pleasant wait staff and good food. The service was fast. The only discomfort I felt was the overall ambience rather dark and gloomy. The kuey teow soup is highly recommended.

A little too salty and the hot teh tarik came not so hot. But overall was nice. Not the best. Young restaurant much better improvement in the future I hope

Decor is modern and sleek, service was amazing and very friendly. the food was delicious and very similar to Malaysian standards however the price may be a bit higher than average for a meal. overall very satisfied and will be returning soon to eat again.

Roti and fish curry sauce were lovely, the dhalcha not so much. The beef rendang was also pretty good, nice, thick, rich gravy... beef could have been cooked a little more to make it fall aparta bit more. My brother said his his nasi lemak was just ok. Service was fairly efficient and friendly. Overall would go back to try other dishes

We dined on Friday night, my second time at this place. The food was very nice and appreciate that the restaurant was busy but was disappointed that wait staff was clearing our table as soon as we finished eating. The feeling of being rush to vacate the table.

Service was good - friendly and fast. The shop is small and crowded though relatively well laid out. However, food wise - something seems to be lacking. Roti canai served with a rather 'sweet' dhall curry and oily red curry sauce. The laksa as palatable but mild and lack flavour. The ipoh hor fun was plain. The mamak noodles was probably the best of the 4 items we ordered.

Great service, volcanic laksa could of been spicier, ask for extra chilli if you like hot. Wonton soup a little bland could do with some extra flavour. Beef rendang, dish of the day, worth going back for!

The food is not very special as expected and the price is reasonable. They're better Malaysia and Singapore cuisine in Perth. But the service is very good and the serving of food is very fast. The staff are nice and friendly.

the nasi lemak was a bit disappointing. We order the big one and the condiments lack lustre achar was dry and Sambal was very little. On the up side the fried kuey tuay was one of the best I've had for a long time.

It was our first visit at Sedap, all 5 of us loved it. Vegetarian options and true Malay flavours. The food, service and ambience all exceeded our expectations. The head lady waitress who served us was warm and welcoming. We ordered the nasi lemak to share, char koay teow (wok flavoured) and my favourite was the hot the tarik, rich strong tea not made from packaged 3 in 1. Will be back to try their 2 cylinder teh tarik good for 6-8 people $18.90. Wanted to order for the 4 of us but the waitress said we wont be able to sleep if we drank it all.

Had one of my favourite dish at Sedap which was the mee goreng with a side of fried chicken. It is always delicious and will recommend this place to friends and family
