Food standard is maintained, everything tastes beautiful. But we don't like the western Hip Hop music played in the restaurant, it does not suit the atmosphere. This is a Malaysian restaurant, why don't they play their local music and bring back some Malay Kampong or Asian nostalgia?

Nice ambience. We had the Nasi Lemak for 2... great value as we managed to share with our daughter and we managed to sample small portion of stuff we like. Looking forward to visit again!!

The same waitress served us again, and she always has a smile on her face. She is always very obliging and brought us extra curry sauce with no dramas at all. Food still very nice, only my Char Kway Teow is little bit overly oily this time, otherwise everything is fine.

Something must have gone wrong in the kitchen. The nasi lemak rice was extremely sticky, and it tasted like glutinous rice. The rice was half-cooked, it was crunchy in the middle of the grain. We had Nasi Lemak many times before and each time we were happy with the rice but not this time. We didn't enjoy the nasi lemak this time, we didn't finish the rice.

Ayam Masak Merah was overly sweet which spoils my dinner. I struggled to eat it and had to leave it. The rest of the food we ordered are still very delicious.

We got charged extra for the Sunnyside up when we were paying our bills. We disputed the charges, as we clearly told the waiter when placing our orders, that to replace the hard boil egg with Sunnyside up! But the cashier said no substitute is allowed, and it’s the restaurant’s rule, and that it takes an extra effort and time to fry the egg, hence the extra charges. We contacted the business owner Sean, and he was very apologetic about it. He said he does not charge customers when they have certain items on their dish substituted. He said he will conduct further training for his staff to ensure this will not happen again. I'm glad Sean can see our point of view and understand where we are coming from.

Despite a special request to have a window seat, the waiter was unwilling to give us a window seat even though the table was available. His reason was that the tables are arranged for 6 people. But there was no one using the 6-seater table, and the tables can be easily separated for a two-seater. I have to tell him how to do it for us and he unwillingly re-arranged the tables for us so that we can have a window table for 2 people! He was very INFLEXIBLE AND UNACCOMMODATING! FRUSTRATION AND UNHAPPINESS ARE WRITTEN ALL ON HIS FACE☹. Even at the till, we asked to verify the invoice just to make sure we are charged correctly, he was also UNHAPPY, everything was too hard for him! This is bad customer service. Fortunately, the food was beautiful so it’s a consolation for us. However, we find the tables are too close for comfort and you can hear the conversations from the tables near you. When someone tries to squeeze through, they have to walk sideways like a crab (especially for the bigger people) and their bums are almost rubbing against and touching the tables behind them. The tables have always been arranged this way, but since we are now facing covid-19, the owner should consider leaving a wider gap between the tables (social distancing!).
