Sedap Place restaurant

The overall environment of this restaurant is cozy and comfortable. The nasi lemak is nice but the curry laksa was too much salty and the noodles was over-cooked and hence it was mushy.

Love love love the food there, and the drinks were customised to my liking. The satay and Crispy Rendang Chicken was also amazing, definitely one of my favourite restaurants in town.

Amazing food and really quick and prompt service. We ordered the nasi lemak to share and it came with mountains of rice and a perfect amount of meat to fill us up.

Order the big Nasi Lemak to share and it wasn’t consistent as before 2-3weeks We came. Less rice and the chicken looks like someone was lazy to cut to small bits. My sister mee goreng was way too spicy. The roti had no flavour and kick. Overall is edible only. The free teh was too sweet.

Good lunch for a party of three. Restaurant was not overly crowded and the service was good. All the dishes ordered were of a good standard.

4 of us went there for dinner last night- food was absolutely amazing and prices extremely reasonable. They were very busy which also says a lot about the place- highly recommend Tricia

If you're after good Malaysian food, this is the place to go! We enjoyed everything we had....Nasi Lemak, Curry Mee, Mee Goreng etc. Love the friendly and quick service too.

Above average! Try the fried chicken skin, prawn noodles and durian ice kacang. The cendol icy crush is to die for! Good courteous service too!

Nice ambience and generally great food. The new goreng was probably the only dish that was not a favourite. Will definitely be back with the family.

We went there after work for a Friday night dinner; it was busy and noisy. Service was okay, food arrived quickly, will be back to try other dishes. It was nice the wait staff asked where we wanted to sit. After we paid the bills, staff patiently waited for me to sign up for the loyalty app. The female toilet could use some more cleaning. Overall dining experience was good.

Food was beautifully presented with generous portions. Delightful little place but it can get a bit noisy at times. Great place for dinner with friends.

We came for lunch to celebrate a birthday and the 91yo Birthday Girl (raised in Singapore) really enjoyed the food, as did the rest of the group.

Fantastic, love the food brought a friend from Singapore and he enjoyed everything we ordered, he was surprise to have great food here and the service was excellent, staff was so friendly.Highly recommended.

The Nasi Lemak at Sedap Place in Victoria Park at is was very good. The service at the restaurant was also very good. Would come back.

The food, service and place are all quite alright. The value set meal is quite worthwhile eating. We will probably go back again as it's about the most authentic malay style restaurant in Perth

The nasi lemak is very tasty and the restaurant is very affordable. With the nasi lemak, the curry chicken and sambal squid were standouts. Cheap and tasty

I had wantan curry soup for dinner. they use the same curry for the roti canai fish. any malaysia n should knw the differences between those two curry. the wantan curry soup was too thick and i couldnt even swallow 1/2. it was suppose to be runny, coconutty and less curry in it. the worse ever.

A great little restaurant and the food and staff are excellent. The menu is extensive and the staff were keen to explain and assist us. Meals came out quickly. Great value for money. Would definitely return here with family and friends.

Came for dinner on a Sunday night. The food was generous in portion and authentic. The beef rendang, nasi lemak and the sides, and the accompaniments to the roti canai (i.e, the dhal and fish curry) were delicious! Service was good too. Will be back.

Sedap Place had simple yet authentic and flavourful Malaysian food. The service was prompt and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable, particularly for the daily specials.

Nice place. We ordered the Nasi Lemak ayam goreng, roti canai, mee goreng mamak and teh ice. Mee goreng mamak is quite spicy even though I asked for less spicy but love the rest!

Authentic Malaysia cuisine. Love the mamak goreng and teh ice. Nice food and drinks. Sometimes could be a bit busy and rush but otherwise good. Would return again!

The food was very tasty, really well priced but came out a little too fast with our entree combined with the mains. Service was friendly but maybe needs a little tweaking. Overall it’s goid value for money and I would go back plus recommend others to try.

Delicious food, but service was a little hit and miss. I was also a bit disappointed that although I had booked a long way in advance for a table of eight, we were given the spot right by the door, which was very cold.

Food was excellent. Service can be improved with experienced wait persons. Meal came to $50.03 and the wait person wanted the 3 cents. I gave her 5c and she told me she doesn't have 2c change.

Great service and yummy food! Kids enjoyed their roti and curry, while my husband and I had the big nasi lemak, and curry mee! Had a really great time there. 😊
