Very authentic food, good service and generous portion sizes. We really enjoyed lunch and sharing a few dishes between us. Even had enough to take home for dinner!

Price of foods are reasonable ... services 70% , foods taste 70% and quality 75%. Felt a bit rush to finish the meal due to other diner are waiting for your table and waitress cleaning up quick once you have just finished your foods, a sign of rushing for the next diner. Overall still good for a normal quick dining ...

Service was great but food was only average. We ordered mee goreng mamak, fried kueh teow, prawn mee, nasi lemak with curry chicken and honey teh tarik. Mee goreng mamak was extremely salty and the rest were average only. The hot teh tarik were only warm and not hot.

Nice Nasi Lemak ! Great food and taste. Friendly service. Nice dining experience and it is the best Malaysian restaurant in Perth so far. Keep up the good quality.

Fantastic food and quick service! Serving the typical Malaysian dishes with authentic taste! The portions are big as well with reasonable prices.The drinks are tasting well, thick in flavour, even in ice! Overall, the food is better than other Malaysian restaurants I have ever been to in Perth. Good job guys! Will definitely come back and try other dishes. :)

Great selection of authentic Malaysian dishes, such as Nasi Lemak and mee goreng mamak. The beef rendang was tender and had the right amount of chilli. A great place to satisfy your Malaysian cravings!

Service was good and the food was tasty. Good ambience and the food was delivered relatively fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will recommend to my friends.

Food quality is moderate . The char keow teow was too wet - taste more like char hor fun. Nasi Lemak is also moderate. The sambal sauce is ok but the fried chicken - hardly any meat and dry. Will close shop if it is in Penang.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Fried chicken average and expensive for the portion size. The Nasi lemak is nice but slightly more lemak would be better. Nice mee goreng.

Our table of 6 was ready for the time that I booked. Food was quickly ordered and served. I recommend their fried Koay Teow, curry matcha chicken and nasi lemak.

Very tasty ! Awesome. I ordered Char kway teow and Malaysian tea. It was so delicious but i asked staff this tea is sweet or not and she said it's better as sweeten. However personally i don't like sweeten drink and it eventually not my taste. Nevertheless , just it. For overall , I will come back here definitely !

Fantastic service from the staff, great food and accommodating to food requests, appreciate it and will be back. Big portions too, reasonable prices, not dirt cheap but not expensive at all!

Another satisfying experience. We have been coming here ever so often whenever the cravings for a taste of Msian food strike. It has never disappointed.The roti served with curry and dhal is one of the best in Perth. Char koay teow and curry laksa is a must haves.

The food was really nice! Lucky we have made a resedvation online, otherwise we may need to wait for awhile to get a table. The Roti Canai Mamak and the 3 layer tea were the highlight. Highly recommened!!!

The service was good, helpful advice from the waiter in selecting our meal. The food was excellent, we will definately be back to try some remaining dishes on the menu.

It was a pleasant experience oveall. We (5 pax) could not get in till 8.30pm as the restaurant is abit small. Food review varies from dishes to dishes, so you just got to try them all.

Delicious. We had the Nasi Lemak with four side dishes of rendang, fried chicken, curry chicken and sambal squid, roti with rendang, roti with dhal and mee Siam to share. Quick service and friendly staff. Nice and spicy. Would definitely return to try the other dishes.

Very clean and friendly efficient service. Tried some dishes, not our usual familiar taste that we are used to. Taste ok. Serves are decent sizes. May go back to try other dishes

Food was delicious and service was pleasant. Larger groups (6 or more) tend to be seated in the direct line of the door, which can be chilly when the door is open.

Service and food was very good. The fried koay teow and mamak mee goreng were just like from back home. Will definitely return for others.

Disappointed. It's basically food court standard so it's not worth what u pay. Considered to be expensive for food court standard of food. Will not come back.

Excellent traditional food. 2 x Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang and Curried Chicken. Very generous serves. Staff attentive and other patrons dishes looked very tempting and tasty. Will be returning soon.

Authentic Malaysian cuisine done superbly!! We (2 people) had nasi goreng with 2 side dishes , chicken curry and beef rendang. And the chicken noodle dish in broth. The broth was delicious. We had leftovers for a snack .

Food was amazing. The roti was fantastic, the chicken curry and tending were delicious. It is BYO which is a plus. It's always a good sign when people are lining up to come in!

An enjoyable experience. Fairly priced, authentic tasting Malaysian food served by friendly staff. The kway teow soup and laksa are so nice to have during these colder months!

I am very happy with the staff service - friendly and feel welcome. Food portion is very big and good value. Food to be served very quick, no need to wait for a long time.

Quality food, authentic taste is what you get! Plus friendly staffs who are efficient and helpful! Love the roti and the curry condiments, certainly brings back the feeling of being home. :) Making a reservation to dine on a weekend certainly helps!

The menu looks interesting as there is a large variety of Asian cuisine on offer. Will be back to try the other food. Lively atmosphere and prompt service are also major plus points.

One of the best Nasi Lemak with curry chicken I've tried. The sambal combined with ikan bilis was very flavoursome. Although they didn't have the sweety sauce on the day, personally that worked out better for me.

Mee goreng mamak, laska and nasi lemak are good. The rest of the dishes are a bit disappointing. Teh tarik and milo are very sweet and have to request for less sweet. I go back only to have the mee goreng mamak.

Great food and brought us home to Malaysia. We ordered nasi lemak and mee goreng mamak. It was authentic and full of flavour. The Ipoh hoe fun was great too. Cheers!

The wait staff were friendly and attentative without being obtrusive, the food was tasty, and there was a good ambience. I would definitely recommend Sepap Place.
