Sedap Place restaurant

Our third visit in two months and once again, we weren't dissapointed. We had the Nasi Lemak with all the sides to share as well some egg prata and some drinks. Substantial and delicious! Kid friendly too as the little one was occupied with crayons and colouring paper. It's our new favourite joint to have good quality and tasty Malaysian/Singaporean fare!

Had to wait for 10 mins at door before taken to table. Food was delicious but a bit pricy. Service was great, waitresses were friendly.

Just amazingly tasty, enjoyable and different food. (seems I have to write more words to make this count but all people need to know is it is a cute little reasonably priced Asian restaurant, the flavours of the food are so genuine and fresh compared to others)

Sedap has a good atmosphere and great food. I loved the nasi lemak with fried chicken, and was pleased to see a variety of food on the menu. The service was alright, and could be improved in the attentiveness.

Delicious food, great service and reasonable prices. The sago pudding was especially good. Roti and curries were also authentic and packed with flavour. Definitely coming back.

Great selection of traditional Malaysian dishes such as laksa, mee goreng and Ipoh kway teow soup. Highly recommended to satisfy your cravings for Malaysian food!

Friendly staff. Good food and good portions. Price is reasonable and credit card fees are 0.6% (so no gouging there). Clean and new. Would like to return.

Superb food, excellent service. Jasmine tea needs to be put in the menu for those who don't enjoy a sweet beverage. Table in passage was a bit small

There is always a long queue so being able to book online was good as it allowed us to be seated without having to wait. Service was quick and food was good.

Food was very good. Nasi goreng kampung is my favorite dish. The staff members were welcoming and friendly. The ambience of the place met my requirements for a place to catch up with my friends

Good service and decor but the quality of the food wasn't good for the price that you pay. There are better Malaysian food joints in Perth.

It was packed as usual and it was brilliant to see the staff accommodate my group of 10 hungry humans who were also catching a flight out of town. Well done.

Managed to book a slot on an expected very busy Sunday. Food was good, good sized serve and staff were very friendly and helpful. Well done and keep up the good work!

The food and service was quite good. However, there were some items on the menu that were not available. I will try again next time

Delicious ... Excellent service. Food and drinks of exceptional standard. Helpful staff. Quality food and hot drinks served. A little noisy but expected for a venue this size. Will be back for sure. Highly recommended.

Great traditional food in a modern clean setting. The kuay teow is hands down the best in Perth, so smokey, flavoursome and bold. A must try for the Vic Park strip!

Tried roti canai and Nasi lemak with curry chicken. Both turn out to be just like they are made in Malaysia. Excellent cooking style. Will be back.

Price of foods are reasonable ... services 70% , foods taste 70% and quality 75%. Felt a bit rush to finish the meal due to other diner are waiting for your table and waitress cleaning up quick once you have just finished your foods, a sign of rushing for the next diner. Overall still good for a normal quick dining ...

Good value for money. Large portions and tasty dishes. Lively and vibrant atmosphere in the restaurant. Friendly service staff and efficient table service. Bookings are recommended to secure a table.

Very authentic food, good service and generous portion sizes. We really enjoyed lunch and sharing a few dishes between us. Even had enough to take home for dinner!

Quick and friendly service. They were happy to hold my table for 45 mins when my friend was running late. Ordered Prawn Mee but kinda disappointed with only 3 tiny prawns.

Food is pretty good (nasi lemak is not bad but rice too soft mee goreng is pretty good). Service is great. Staff was nice and friendly. Plenty of space for high chairs.

Great selection of authentic Malaysian dishes, such as Nasi Lemak and mee goreng mamak. The beef rendang was tender and had the right amount of chilli. A great place to satisfy your Malaysian cravings!

Good small cozy place, Overall food was good. Ordered curry laksa volcano, didn't look like the picture but taste was OK. Food service was quick.

Fantastic food and quick service! Serving the typical Malaysian dishes with authentic taste! The portions are big as well with reasonable prices.The drinks are tasting well, thick in flavour, even in ice! Overall, the food is better than other Malaysian restaurants I have ever been to in Perth. Good job guys! Will definitely come back and try other dishes. :)

Service was great but food was only average. We ordered mee goreng mamak, fried kueh teow, prawn mee, nasi lemak with curry chicken and honey teh tarik. Mee goreng mamak was extremely salty and the rest were average only. The hot teh tarik were only warm and not hot.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Fried chicken average and expensive for the portion size. The Nasi lemak is nice but slightly more lemak would be better. Nice mee goreng.

Food quality is moderate . The char keow teow was too wet - taste more like char hor fun. Nasi Lemak is also moderate. The sambal sauce is ok but the fried chicken - hardly any meat and dry. Will close shop if it is in Penang.

Our table of 6 was ready for the time that I booked. Food was quickly ordered and served. I recommend their fried Koay Teow, curry matcha chicken and nasi lemak.

Great atmosphere. Hip fit out. Very clean. Cheerful, helpful staff. Great food, beautifully presented. We rate the volcano laksa, beef rendang, maggi mee goreng. Convenient location.

Fantastic service from the staff, great food and accommodating to food requests, appreciate it and will be back. Big portions too, reasonable prices, not dirt cheap but not expensive at all!

Very tasty ! Awesome. I ordered Char kway teow and Malaysian tea. It was so delicious but i asked staff this tea is sweet or not and she said it's better as sweeten. However personally i don't like sweeten drink and it eventually not my taste. Nevertheless , just it. For overall , I will come back here definitely !

Good food - very close to what we're used to in Malaysia and Singapore - and good service - friendly and attentive staff. Will be back again.

Another satisfying experience. We have been coming here ever so often whenever the cravings for a taste of Msian food strike. It has never disappointed.The roti served with curry and dhal is one of the best in Perth. Char koay teow and curry laksa is a must haves.

The food was really nice! Lucky we have made a resedvation online, otherwise we may need to wait for awhile to get a table. The Roti Canai Mamak and the 3 layer tea were the highlight. Highly recommened!!!

The service was good, helpful advice from the waiter in selecting our meal. The food was excellent, we will definately be back to try some remaining dishes on the menu.

Disappointed. It's basically food court standard so it's not worth what u pay. Considered to be expensive for food court standard of food. Will not come back.

Excellent traditional food. 2 x Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang and Curried Chicken. Very generous serves. Staff attentive and other patrons dishes looked very tempting and tasty. Will be returning soon.
