No one was there when we go to the restaurant

We have been to Six Keys a number of times and always have a fabulous time. They are amazing with kids, the food and wine is fantastic and yet service is excellent.

New management with changes to the menu and reduced staffing levels were obvious. Menu was not as good as before - no cob loaf.

Food was good. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our dinner.

Service was rushed and hurried, not as enjoyable as previous experience.

My dish came out cold- fridge cold with some warm bits. I asked for it to be heated and it was. It came out steaming but half the plate’s contents were missing. $10 corkage bit rich. New chef coming so hopefully this place will improve. Nice atmosphere and front of house staff.

Corkage is $10 per bottle and not advertised anywhere. Found the food quite flavourless lacked seasoning.

A lovely place to dine where you get value for money

The service was very friendly but was very slow, we didn’t mind though as we haven’t seen our friends in a long time and had lots to catch up on. The food though was a bit of a disappointment, it read beautifully on the menu and even looked nice on the plate, but It was all very tasteless. The chicken dish had no flavour. The place overall is very nice and staff were helpful, the food just needs a bit of love and the place will be amazing!

Food was great, staff serving were very polite. Downfall was that l felt as though they just wanted us to leave as soon as we’d eaten.

Two of our party were elderly ladies using walking frames. The table meant for us was about half way back the restaurant but we were given a table nearer the front where the walkers could be stored instead. Very helpful I thought and much appreciated. Our waitress was very friendly and the food is excellent. Definitely recommend.

The restaurant was cold. And lacked atmosphere....... not a patch on last time we came 2 years ago

Only one person serving about 35 people in the restaurant. When we asked to go out to the beautiful outdoor area to sit, the server said he had a sore foot and made it obvious he wasn't that keen. Really had a less than jovial outlook all night, including when I rang earlier on that afternoon to inform him it was my wife's birthday dinner. She was less than impressed and even though we are local and have been to Six Keys many times, usually with great service, this time was disappointing. If you have a limp and 35 people booked in, get help! Preferably with a happy disposition!
