We have eaten here many times but I have to say last night was terrible The service was not good , we waited over half an hour between entree and main and when they arrived 2 if the mains had to be sent back as were not cooked as requested Overall very disappointing and we won’t be going back any time soon

Friendly, attentive service. Clean & inviting restaurant. Ability to deal with food sensitivities in a helpful manner. Delicious food & wide range of alcohol choices. We are happy, returning diners!

We had a lovely night, little plates to share were the way to go & so yum. Very chilled & relaxed highly recommend , attentive staff too 😊

Very enjoyable service was great, mains came a little slow but overall a good experience, love the decor it gives it a nice atmosphere, menu was good not to overwhelming.

Food was ordinary, quite expensive for the quality and quantity on plate, menu quite small. Service was good, fairly busy for a Thursday so maybe we just struck a bad night.

Very enjoyable meal. Really liked the starters, pork ribs and calamari. Cape Grim steak was good too. An expensive meal but worth it for a special occassion. Will definitely visit again.

Wonderful experience, delicious food especially the sides with the steak. Friendly and prompt service. Lovely family Sunday lunch to celebrate a special occasion. Will definitely come back.

Must be one of the best restaurants in Melbourne when it comes to catering for young family. Beautiful food and wonderful service. Never lets us down.

A little too pricey for the quality and quantity of the food. Steak was good but undercooked and the sides weren’t very nice. Dessert wasn’t terribly nice and coffee needs some more work. Nice atmosphere and staff.

No longer does the raspberry and white chocolate soufflé, this was one of our favourite dishes. Without it, it sort of becomes just another restaurant. Still good, and would go there again, but with no soufflé on the menu, might think about going somewhere else.

Service was amazing. Very friendly and extremely attentive. Atmosphere was great. They're very family friendly and gave our 3 year old colouring books and pencils. Will definitely go back.

Food was beautiful, the raspberry soufflé was to die for. The two guys working out front were very pleasant and lovely. Great ambience too. We will return .

My family and l have dined at this restaurant quite frequently, but not anymore, be encouraged our friends to join us last Friday who had never been there before, food was ok but the service was very very poor. Bring back previous owner...

Food was ok, bit meh. Very loud, not for intimate chats. Steak and Veal schnitzel were tasty. It’s not a panna cotta, more of a choc mousse.

Service and food OK. Chairs are not very comfortable had to ask for one with a cushion for my wife. Ordered the duck pate which was generous portion but not enough bread (toast) supplied with it, asked for some more which was supplied but was added to the bill at $3.00 which I thought was a bit rich. Otherwise very pleasant.

Service was slow, being Valentines Day & fully booked, they should have been properly staffed for it. Restaurant has had a change in front of house management in the last couple of months, the attentiveness to service and the quality of the dishes reflects that. Food was nicely cooked but the dishes were out of balance and the accompanying green salads were not fresh. The Veal Schnitzel needed another vegetable or a better looking salad than what was provided. Our favourite jus (+12 hour reduction - use to be served with the duck) that we liked to request with the steak is no longer available. The berry gel with the poached pear was a miniscule drop on the plate. Sadly what was our 'go to' restaurant for guaranteed consistency & an enjoyable night out will be taken off the list and given a rest.

Lovely restaurant, great atmoshpere, service and terrific food. Friendly staff. Menu is small but covers most likes and the quality of the food is excellent. Wines are of great quality and all is reasonably priced.

Nice setting nice meal. Struggled with service and kids meals a little small for an 8 year old boy. That said we had a really pleasant evening

The restaurant was nice and welcoming, with great food and service. The main meals we ordered were quite small though for the price. We ended up going elsewhere after as we were still hungry.

Delicious food, - we chose a variety of shared entrees and desserts- attentive staff, pleasant ambience- I really liked the larger than normal table - plenty of room for numerous plates & glasses. I was a bit disappointed in the variety// brands of white wine by the glass on offer.

To start with two menbers of the group were delayed an hour in arriving. The restaurant is checked with us on their plan and were very accommodating in the wait. Shared entrees were substantial and well structured. The mains were well received by all. Even tho it was late by the tine for deserts the staff didnit rush us. The deserts were of the high quality of the previous courses. Only criticism was that when restaurant was very full noise level quite high.

Great food and atmosphere. Waiters very busy and a little preoccupied but just getting the place sorted. Meal sizes really good and great diversity on the menu. Something for all tastes.

Quaint restaurant in Beaumaris serving modern cuisine. The duck was delicious and the flavour combination of the dark chocolate panna cotta was a knockout. Good value for money.
