The sole reason for this low rating was the very poor attitude received from one of the staff (looked like an owner) when requesting what I would consider a simple meal change. I was met with negative body language and abrupt rude response and told that they “don’t keep extra fruit.” ?? This with coupled with arms crossed and an arrogant tone. For somewhere that boasts a menu that appears to be inclusive of dietary requirements I was deeply upset - it honestly ruined the experience and have never received this sort of service before. Besides this, the menu looks nice, and decor and detail with presentation was lovely. The other staff were friendly but I would not return here after that disappointing behaviour.

Great customer service & the menu was perfect for a brunch with friends. I recommend having a minty cacao latte it was delicious! Very keen to go back.
Great food and service... no split bills is annoying, especially as they make you pay at the counter so you can't see how much you owe!

The food was food and the service was fantastic, staff went above and beyond. The atmosphere was also really nice. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
I really loved SMAK, the menu is different and our dishes we exploding with so many different flavours. It’s rare to find something that tastes so good but is also healthy. I think I’ll be a regular here for midweek lunches.
If you like healthy food, this cafe is just for you! Plenty of healthy options, all very tasty and original. Also a special mention for their coffee!
Great looking decor with polished concrete benches and comfy seats, background music drowns out everyone's conversations except your own which is nice. The meals were beautiful and complex but still served in a short time. So many options including vegan/veg which all looked great as the waitress carried them on to other tables.
