We had a post meeting social catch up at South Bar and Restaurant and it was the perfect spot for everyone to have drinks and some share plates before heading home. My only issues was that they were out of stock of the beers they had on the menu.

I recently visited south bar and it’s already one of my new favorites! The food is absolutely delicious, The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I had prawn pasta and it was delicious Plus, they have a full alcohol license, so you can enjoy a great selection of drinks with your meal.

Menu presented only had a portion of the online menu viewed earlier. Waitress came back 10mins after taking order to check what my partner ordered, then another 10mins later to check what I ordered. Food served was of a good portion but presentation was lacking & didn’t really meet expectations of what was presented with the online photos provided (I had ‘Crustacean Delight’ which beared no resemblance whatsoever - rice was also very dry. Furniture chosen (older style timber & velvet chairs) seemed a mismatch to the more modern style of building & felt inappropriate. Staff were friendly, but a bit of work to do to transform this into a place I would want to return to.

Food was amazing. Definitely recommend this place. I will come back with my family next time friendly staff amazing food.😍😍
