Es Selendang Mayang
Nostalgic Betawi dessert of soft, colourful rice cakes, reimagined with mungbean, rice, and sago flour. Topped with creamy coconut milk, condensed milk, and cocopandan syrup, served over shaved ice.
Es Pisang Ijo
