Sukhothai Restaurant

I loved the Thai food here, the ambience and decor was lovely, nice and intimate.

The food was quite standard but took quite a long time to come. Quite dark inside the restaurant.

It’s just they bought all of our food out together entree’s and mains!! Not ideal

Food is good here, they are very accommodating to larger groups

Was actually a bit disappointed with everything. Food came out sporadically and some people waited a long time. Some people got rice but by the time the mains came out it was cold. However Good service from Phillip.

Excellent food. The service was quick and the prices were very reasonable. Would happily go again.

Food wasn’t yummy . A bit smelly in the restaurant! So far not go back again

Great food and service. We tried a couple of their specials and the Angel Prawns were outstanding. Curry puffs are always worth selecting, one of the best I have had.

Food was average. Service was terrible - had to get up to find someone to take our order after waiting a while. Mains were very small dishes. One of the main curries came out in a small entree bowl, barely enough for one person as a main let alone as a share dish for a group, it definitely was not a main.

We had a great time good food and great staff and service all enjoyed their meals . Very impressive restaurant and had a wonderful time

A very welcoming restaurant that makes you unwind from the rat race. Food was fresh,good size serves and tasty. No pressure to hurry up.No waitress disturbing you to take plates away every time a dish was completed. A warm relaxing environment.I feel they take pride in their overall service.Recommended and will be back.

They were unfortunately understaffed that night so very slow to be seated and served. However after that all went well food was good and staff attentive and responsive for any requests

Delicious! The best Thai on High Street. The prawn entree and the home made ice cream and banana dessert were exceptional. Early sitting meant a park outside the front door. Bonus!

Food was delicious traditional Thai food, highly recommend dishes from the specials board. The atmosphere felt just like a Seinfeild episode.. in a good way though, price very reasonable.

The food was absolutely delicious, I am still thinking about the panang curry and pad thai. The service was great, very friendly, we will be back!

Very nice surroundings and staff. The food was also very good. I would prefer the large cracks in the ladies toilet were repaired as this was a bit unsightly.

I have walked past this restaurant many times yet had never tried it until a friend recently did. She said it was best Thai restaurant she had been to in the north. My family love Thai, so we decided to try it last night. Well, we experienced great service & the most beautiful & exotic flavours by far. Will definitely be going back.

Satay were the best ive ever had and the pad grapow was just like i had in Thailand. Also the pork curry Hung Le is a must

On a hot day Sukhotthai was an air conditioned oasis.....with BYO wine we entered and enjoyed a lovely meal in a nice friendly environment. We had garlic prawns for starters which were a touch over garlic-y....we then had a curry puff with peanut sauce each and they were beautiful. For mains we shared a whole barramundi cooked with ginger and other spices with vegetables and rice. It too was tasty, flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Sharing the fish was just the right size for us, however if you were really hungry one person could polish it off quite easily.

Absolutely perfect. Service, Staff friendly, polite, everything clean and well presented on table. Food was amazing and served hot and well presented. Value for money and I will be going back on a regular basis.

Beautiful food. A little busy on a Friday night, so perhaps there could have been a little more attention to our table after mains were served, but overall a fantastic Friday night benue

I thought the food was excellent, however, the service could have been a little more attentive. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I recommend the restaurant to anyone that wants a quiet atmosphere where you can actually have a conversation without stretching your vocal chords.

Fabulous authentic thai food, lovely staff, great ambience. A regular favourite. Unlike some Thai restaurants that tone down the spice their food has the marvellous blend of flavours that make thai food so delicious.

From the moment we arrived we were treated really well. The staff were magnificent..Very kind and thoughtful...Our stay was made so very special and individualised. The rooms were very comfortable and clean..The food was amazing....A overall wonderful experience travelling to a Japanese wonderland..This was our second time and we will be back again.. Thank you

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Prices are reasonable. They even have free wifi! Would highly recommend SukhoThai and will go again.
