Great place in the heart of the city to grab a quick meal or linger a little longer! Reasonably priced, healthy Japanese food . . . WITH ROBOT WAITERS!!!! Wine list needs improvement, though, with only one white on offer! Do you want Sav blanc or Sav blanc?

Food took awhile to come out, of the chicken meals that came out one was mostly skin and not a lot of meat. Another meal was tempura vegetables which took the most time to come out (was most likely forgotten anbout) and when it did was only a few pieces and they were basically scraps not full vegetables. Most likely won’t be eating there again.

The food never disappoints here. As always, I was very impressed.

Food was terrible. Chips were not hot enough, the fried rice was tasteless with giant broccoli in it. Chicken katsu had lots of gristle and hard to eat. Pork katsu made me feel so unwell after eating. Never coming back

Delicious food only issue was the gyoza came out cold, felt like perhaps that prt of the order was forgotten to be brought out as it was the last item to arrive but first thing ordered

All the supposedly seared nigiris were served heavily refrigerated/cold. I expected these to be made to order as has been the experience at other Japanese eateries with bookings. Was given a table on the upper floor and there was poor ventilation as the air con was no switched on and only one side window was open.

Meals came out staggered and one forgotten. Asked staff and was told it was on the way. Waited some time longer then asked another staff member who spoke to kitchen and finally got it sorted. Was upsetting as the only meal waiting on was for the birthday boy. Another couple issues. Found was nice enough though.

Lots of options from ramen, udon and soba to curry rice and bento set! The prices are very affordable and services are good as well. There’s a robot waitor serving food which’s quite a fun element of the dining experience. Would definitely visit again!
