Tansawa offers nice japanese food. It is a bit pricey for the ambience that we get from the restaurant.
Very fresh food beautifully presented by a smiling waitress. The food was delicious and it is a perfect place to go to for dinner before a show nearby at the Perth Concert Hall. The meal was reasonably price. We will go again.
We really enjoyed our visit to this excellent Japanese restaurant. We especially appreciated the prompt service, as we were attending a concert at the Concert Hall nearby after dinner.
Seems to be quite understaffed on a Friday night with most tables having to wait close to an hour for their mains to arrive. We waited so long that we didn't get to taste our food as we devoured it as soon as it arrived.
We went on a Friday night and the restaurant was full and surprisingly the staff seemed overwhelmed and underprepared for how many patrons they had to cater for. We ordered a straight forward meal of salad, teriyaki chicken and sashimi. We waited an hour after ordering before the salad plate was served. We then waited another half hour before the other two dishes arrived. Yet other patrons who arrived after us got their meals before us. Once we actually got our meals the food was fine and the prices good too. But the excessively long wait time killed the evening for us. It might be a good place to eat when it's pretty empty - but we won't be going back to find out.

Beautiful food, high quality and friendly service. Best is the beef tataki & beef dish and the sashimi.
Food - authentic and delicious. The service was excellent. Wish the cod in miso sauce was available, would definitely return to try that dish.

Great restaurant, fresh vibrant food, amazing staff. No waiting time at all. Might just be our next favourite Japanese restaurant. ^^
