Way south of the border, down Mexico way...America’s beard is a land of diversity and contrasts, from the party capitals of Tijuana and Acapulco to the sparsely-populated deserts of the Chihuahua, from the rainforests of Chiapas to the bustling metropolis that is Mexico City, as well as the Caribbean beach paradise of Cancun and the historic remains of the Yucatan. The food is a great way to experience the culture, and if you can’t make it to Baja California, you can find something similar in Brisbane. In Everton Park in the north of the city, you can find The Burrito Bar on Stafford Road, where they dole out delicacies from down south, but down under. Burritos, of course, as well as tacos, tortas, quesadillas and nachos, along with a range of sides and specials to book. Wash it down with tequila, mezcal and cocktails galore and you’re well on the way to a great Mexican feed: but remember to book your table before you arrive.
The food was tasty and quick to come out of the kitchen, but the staff need to be more attentive and check on everything or if anything else throughout our dining time is needed.
Service was friendly, great atmosphere, and the food was awesome! I had chicken quesadillas and they were full of flavour. Dinner & drinks for 2 was only $40, so it was really affordable too :) Will be back!
The food is amazing and the service person was helpful and polite. There only downside is there were no patrons there, yet the tables were dirty with food particles as was the floor.
