The Como Hotel

While the food was enjoyable, the overall experience was marred by a mix-up in seating arrangements. Despite a confirmed request for an outdoor table made three weeks in advance, we were seated inside upon arrival. The handling of the situation lacked an apology and left us hesitant to take someone else's outdoor reservation. The service staff, unfortunately, appeared disinterested and, at times, even rude. Instances such as a moody response to a guest's request to keep a water glass and abrupt plate removal while a guest was still eating detracted from the overall enjoyment of our family gathering.

Beautiful in the sun on the balcony. However once the shade came over and the wind picked up, it would have been nice to have the heater above us working, as the others were. The one above our area may need to be repaired/serviced.

We booked a table of 5 for outdoor dining, food was not delicious, food delivery served in about 15 min and service very good, value for money very good also. Would more than likely return.
