Incredibly disappointing. Took a friend for lunch on the last day of her visit from OS and when we arrived we almost left because it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant. Because we were short of time we decided to stay and eat, but the food was also very below par. All of our meals were only lukewarm and the cutlery was cheap. I was also shocked at how run down everything looked and the toilets and stairs were really grubby. I would not recommend, nor would I return. The staff were pleasant and the coffee was hot but they were the only positives.
