Set in an absolutely beautiful former church building, Brisbane’s the Flying Nun is a treat for the eyes as well as the taste buds. Some of the original touches remain, like the stain glass windows, while the cafe overlooks a rainforest garden. The Flying Nun serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with modern Australian menus using seasonal ingredients. Highlights include pork belly with cauliflower mash, wagyu beef burgers the irresistible buttermilk pancakes from the breakfast menu. There are few better looking venues in Brisbane, let alone Eatons Hill, while the food is excellent. So make a trip to Station Street for delicious food in a uniquely stunning restaurant.

Very enjoyable evening thank you & we will be back.
Definately has gone downhill since the last visit to the flying nun, this was our favourite place to come for a Sunday breakfast when we could afford it, we won't be back again and will recommend others not waste their time... Table service was poor, the meal I received was missing parts stated on the menu (and the staff didn't understand what was missing), not to mention the meal was cold.. the drinks we used to order every time were not the same standard. Even the venue has changed for the worse with what looks like opportunistic placement of additional tables in what was beautiful garden. All in all, very disappointed.
The food is always amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. My fav place for lunch and dinner.
