Highly recommend, food was absolutely delicious. Will be back for sure!!
Due to the situation we now find ourselves in I thought the staff were very mindful and understanding of everyone's safety. The food was great, the drinks were cold and the staff were friendly. Can't ask for more than that. Cheers.
Excellent, comfortable, great service, great food, first class, worth a visit
We had the Irish Times platter and the full rack of pork ribs. The servings were huge, and sufficient to feed a party of 5. The potato skins was really good. Whilst the ribs fell off the bones, it was lacking in taste. Cleanliness could be improved - we were given five small plates to share the food and they were all dirty.
The Ribs, and Chips + Curry Sauce were great choices!
Food was excellent but bit slow coming to table. Good atmosphere but gets noisy during peak times.
Although seemed short staffed when we arrived the meals were good and staff accommodating.
Fantastic menu. Fab for Christmas lunch. Duck n Pork Belly rock! Staff super lovely
Service was great, food was lovely and drinks at reasonable prices. All in all I’m coming back.
Always great food and a good atmosphere - lovely Christmas decorations at the moment too.
Great vibe, awesome vegan menu, tonnes of game choices and lovely, helpful staff. One of my favourite places in the city
Great food, pub atmosphere and friendly service, thumbs up to staff.
Good food and beer visited many times. Always enjoyable will be back
Great pub food, brilliant engaging service. I Love this pub.
No table when we got there. Not ideal and disappointed
Great food. Rugby was on so a little noisy - not a real problem as we were just calling in for a quick meal.
Great location ,lovely staff & big pub servings of scrumptious food
Nice little Irish styled pub. Great pub grub that you'd expect to find.
Best food ever! Service was great too and not over priced 👌🏽
Great food! Lovely atmosphere! Will be back when we visit Melbourne next time.
It was yummy as always 😀😍😍😍 Perfect for a Winter's nigh
Great food, great service. Prices were fantastic. Will be back
Had a really great night. Beautiful food and fantastic atmosphere.
Nice n easy. Good spot for a pint and a feed.
for a table of 6 we were seated on the stage upstairs (again) which proved to be pretty hot with lights and lack of air con. Are there other spots for a table of 6?
Great food and great atmosphere. Would definitely come back again.
Yummy food and happy staff. Good music in back ground and cosy atmosphere. Awesome and beautiful Christmas decorations. Great variety of food and reasonable service
Food was very average at best. Worst Beef and Guinness pie I've ever eaten please stop making it. Would be nice to more than two choices for dessert.
Having been to The Irish Times once before, I had high expectations of a similar great experience. However, these were barely met. Expensive drinks and no band at the promised time (or an hour after). Atmosphere was not my cup of tea but that was due to sports being shown at the time. Friendly people but usually so much better.
Excellent Food as always. We come to Melbourne once a year and always book in here for dinner and are never disappointed. Well worth it
Nice pub and nice food, especially for someone partial to the odd Kilkenny! Had the fish and chips and very happy to have done so.
Friendly service and good, hearty Irish food. Generous portions. If you choose the ribs, beware!! Even the half portion had to be shared. Can’t beat it!!
Lunch with Mum was wonderful, Lovely atmosphere, Tasty food, I loved the prawn starter dish, Spicy, packed with flavour and Chargrilled, Yum,Yum. Location was great, the venue was easy to find
Great ambiance , staff very pleasant and most helpful, we all enjoyed the delicious food, Guinness pie was excellent. We parked easily in Queen st.
We really enjoyed our Christmas lunch at the Irish Times we attended the 2 o'clock sitting. Although it was very busy the service and food were both great.
Had the Tower Burger .. the beef patty was a tad cold which was really disappointing .. apart from that all good .. the chips were bang on
We had a great time at this traditional small Irish pub. Quite noisy and service a bit slow but the food was delicious! I had the mushroom burger. Beautiful!!! & their hot chips are to die for.
Very well organised, friendly customer service and they have a great food and drinks menu. We will be back for sure. Great burgers and bangers and mash!
Great food and good atmosphere, we were asked to move tables to make way for a bigger group and were all given free drinks and buffalo wings!
Great selection of food and friendly staff who really impressed me with their service. My only complaint was with the chewy meat in the beef and Guinness pie!
