The Smoke BBQ

We all had a great meal, service was very good and even with the place being busy the meals came out quickly. We are looking forward to going back in the near future.

Great food and great service. Easily the best American BBQ in Queensland! Really enjoyed their Blue Hot wings as they were covered in sauce, the Honey Soy were also tasty although a little bit dry in comparison to the Blue Hot.

Pretty good! We were looking for some good ribs and disappointed the lamb was not available. Don't know why waitresses wait for the moment you put a fork down to snatch your plate from you, but seems to be the thing to do in Brisbane. Food tasted great though - highly recommend!

Unfortunately our favourite beef ribs were sold out, but we got an opportunity to try something new which was nice (not as good as the beef ribs though!). The peanut butter pudding was delicious!

I hadn't eaten there for about 6 years, and I always loved their ribs, slow cooked for 18 hours, so I was looking forward to enjoying a meal there... well... there were no beef or lamb ribs on the menu, sold out apparently, and I was there at 6.30pm... so I tried the pork ribs which unfortunately was very dry, in fact it was dried out and almost impossible to eat without washing it down with a beverage, which took forever to arrive, as did the main meal. The second round of drinks which I ordered at the conclusion of the entree didn't arrive until I'd almost finished the main course. It was also a very noisy place, akin to a German beer hall in October, hard to have a conversation with people only centimetres away. It was also considerably dearer than my last visit, too dear for what was on offer. So my candid opinion is, it's expensive, food was poor quality, the service was bad and it's not a nice quiet or relaxing environment to enjoy a meal. Very disappointed and won't be going back, will try out another rib restaurant in future.

Service was good and so was food. New farm fries was a small serving . not much cheese or bacon on the chips as there used to be

Interesting table for us out the back in the Coles supermarket car park, well almost, when there were heaps of tables out the front, the ribs the guys ordered were not available which was disappointing, my chicken was very heavily smoked, not a fan, also they have a 3% surcharge on Amex card which I did ask if that is what Amex charge them, because the laws have changed now, he replied he did not know and certainly wasn't about to find out so I paid with visa, they perhaps should review that new law. Otherwise it was ok, would not recommend and probably won't go back.

The food was amazing—very decadent and full of flavour! Everything we tried was delicious. I don't eat a lot of meat usually, but this meal was absolutely worth the occasion.

GERMAN: Einzigartiger Geschmack der Steaks! Bedienung freundlich und kümmert sich vorzüglich um die Gäste. Preis-/Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Komme gerne bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder hier er zurück. Daumen hoch!

Brilliant food! The blue hot chicken wings are my favourite. Best place to watch the fight! We very highly recommend. Will be back again soon!

Very good food and very attentive service. The food is not for everyone but meat eaters in particular will very much enjoy the flavours and the choices.

I'm a regular smoke customer they never disappoint. I've eaten a lot of wings in Brisbane and The Smoke does the best Buffalo Wings bar none.
