Very good traditional American fare, with a true southern BBQ influence. Love the beef ribs 👍👍 and the best smoked Cee-gars outside of the USA!

Despite being substantially busy due to the Brisbane Comedy Festival, staff were still friendly and upbeat. Food still arrived in a reasonable time despite the number of people. Our group was apologised to for having to wait 10 minutes for our table to be prepared which was nice of staff. Food was delicious as always and this is by far the best American style BBQ you will find in Brisbane. Wings are some of the best around, as are their meats and Mac Cheese. Definitely recommend.

Great Amerian style BBQ with a decent selection of beers and wine. Pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely come back.

Was there on a Friday night, arrived half an hour early for our booking and the staff were super accommodating. We ordered and had food to us within 20 minutes. The food was sensational - ordered the share platter of ribs. Could not fault anything. Thank you everyone for an amazing evening!

After reading the many, many great reviews we were excited to try. We enjoyed our food however we were left waiting a long time before we received our main courses, with no check in to explain the wait. At least 35mins between our appetizer of wings and our main course. It made us feel like we had been forgotten. It was busy and lively. Meat, chips and onion rings were great, coleslaw and salad was lacking and a little tasteless. No one asked us about our meal or how we liked it. We would order takeaway next time.

The manager was amazing, the food unbelievable. Great atmosphere, fun times.

Incredible food, and the service and staff were amazing, makes for a great dining experience, we traveled an hour and a half for it, definitely worth the drive!

The Smoke is our absolute favourite restaurant. We have been going since it opened and just can’t get enough of it.

The restaurant was extremely busy which is a good sign but we could barely hear each other talk. We asked for a table outside which was much better. Our waiter Bailey was lovely and the food came quickly. We ordered a big shared plate, for $84 for three people. Everything was piled onto a smallish plate. I felt that it detracted from what was on offer. The food was average. Same sweet smoky sauce seem to be on everything. The knives were wrong as they could not cut through some of the meat, though strictly speaking it should have fallen off the bone but it didn't. We thought it was an average experience . Maybe the burgers are better. Marina

You know you had a good feed when you feel like you need a nap. It's my birthday and they surprised me with a sparkler on a brownie and a happy birthday song. Thank you, the food and service is always amazing.

Excellent friendly and efficient service from the staff. We had the Ribs share platter which was sufficient for 3 people. Lamb ribs were the standout, nice and juicy, but the pork and beef ribs were slightly on the dry side. Overall a good meal and sauces and marinade on the ribs were great.

Food was really good, location and restaurant were good. Device not so good. Clearly under staffed, waited a long time. Altho staff were really apologetic and friendly which made it better. Would definitely go back

Great food as always, felt a bit understaffed tonight as we got our entree's before our drinks. Steak was alittle chewy this time round, but great nonetheless.

An American themed restaurant with authentic flavours (and not just with their selection of meats, but even the corn bread appetiser tasted like a freshly made buttery scone). Decent portions sizes to share. Fun and friendly staff (Jordan) that actually know their menus well and offer you water without you having to ask first. And a hands on Supervisor (Dave) who was actually waiting tables that night alongside his staff, and yet was more than happy to explain some of the restaurants’ history to my partner and I, even though they were clearly busy that evening. My only criticism which I brought to their attention was perhaps supply an additional plate for guests ordering the ribs, to place the bones (and maybe a warm bowl of water to clean your hands better). But considering table size and how frequent servers cleared our table and provided more napkins this wasn’t an issue, and we plan to revisit soon!

Amazing food. Amazing staff. Amazing prices! Sooo good!!! It's definitely worth the wait for your food. I have been there a bunch of times and I have never been disappointed. Not going to lie, I over eat every single time and have no regrets Haha!

Had a birthday party there, the staffs were so friendly, lovely and bubbly!! Not to mention the foods were fantastic!! The cocktails were amazing! Couldn’t faulted in any way! Highly recommend!!

The Texas Beef Ribs are beautiful, includes complimentary corn bread, and has remained consistent for years; a full sized Texas Beef Ribs is enough for a couple.

Love the wings (especially the blue sauce and buffalo sauce), ribs are awesome and the taco salad is just simply brilliant. Will recommend and visit again.

The team at Smoke we’re great! Accommodating when a couple of our party had a last minute emergency and couldn’t come. Plus we had 5 kids who aren’t the quietest and the team interacted with them beautifully. Nothing was a problem, meals were substantial and really flavoursome. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with them.

What a fantastic place, we have eaten there a few times and it seems to be better every time we go!!! If you live in BRISBANE and enjoy BBQ food, this place is an absolute must, you will no be disappointed.
