The vibe and the carriages were pretty amazing, you can talk but have privacy and still enjoy music, only thing was the music was way too loud so we had to shout to be heard, our booth was right next to the dj. Overall a great place to drink and eat

What a wonderful place! I went there to see a show, and had a small meal and a glass of wine. Loved the atmosphere and friendly staff. A hidden gem!

Service and communication was horrendous, understaffed, food cold. It took 10mins to be acknowledged by staff and be able to order a drink another 10 to be seated in prebooked table. Upon sitting no menus provided, no waiter. After another 10 or so mins we were finally able to flag a waiter who was very friendly. It took 40mins for 2 pizzas to come out 1 of which was stone cold - god forbid we could flag a waiter down to discuss. Overall will not be returning but have certainly had better nights here before.

Great venue - food good but my burger was so messy

Food was overall quite good & very tasty, portion size a little small. Best lamb curry ever. Check the bill, we ordered extra rice & were charged but it never came to the table. Great booths, really intimate & cosy. Overall a great place for a night out

Great little restaurant and bar. We had a cosy little booth for the two of us. Looks a bit America dinner / hipster bar. Food was really tasty.

Fantastic, knowledgeable and welcoming bar staff and waiters. Excellent share plates and food in private booths. Great tunes as well. Perfect space for a date or dinner with friends pre gig.

The staffs are very friendly. Enjoyed our Thai dinner, especially the curry chicken and beef. The duck pancake is not very value. Not much duck meat in it. Enjoyed the atmosphere most. Will go there again.

The carriage was without doors, and it was facing the toilets. Hope to fix it next time. Food was great, service was great. Thanks all

The Toff is always a winner. Always lovely food, quality drinks and the ambience just tops it off. Having the music venue next door makes for a complete night out. Love it

I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. There were attentive, friendly and helpful wait staff, with a good knowledge regarding food intolerances and menu items. It was fun having the door closed and blinds drawn in our private booth.

What a place !! Unique setting fantastic food and the absolute best waiters and staff !! Perfect venue and we plan to come back and bring more of our friends !!

Great food, great staff, great location. We were attended to quickly and food was delicious as were the cocktails. Definitely worthwhile before heading up to the rooftop.

My daughter and I were visiting Melbourne and as I had eaten at The Toff in Town in the past I thought it would be an ideal time to introduce her friends to this little gem. The staff are friendly and the menu has some excellent sharing plates. Definitely worth visiting .

The food was brilliiant. Had a great time with my partner celebrating the day we first met. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great service too.

The food did not match the description on the menu. A lot of important elements missing from the menu description that people with allergens need to know - I could not eat a thing we ordered. Staff were apologetic, but did not do anything to rectify. We then ordered some drinks off the menu, which the bar tender accidentally poured the more expensive version that was NOT on the menu and was attempting to charge us the extra or take away our glasses that we had already sipped out of to pour back into the bottle.

Beautiful venue, delicious food and drinks, attentive staff... the manager looked after us and ensured we had a fantastic night. The variety of venues at Curtin House always deliver a great night out.

Big smile service exceeding text book customer experience. Delicious food in a joyful or romantic (depending on your table/booth guests) setting. Small minor thing; the music can be sometimes a bit loud but with the last visit, it seemd that that has been taken care of.

Tasty food, friendly waiting staff and pretty efficient service given the place was packed. Very convenient for attending the gig a little later at the same venue.

Great menu, extensive bar could use a few longer priced wines $60 a bottle for the cheapest is a bit much ambience in restaurant really nice attentive service enjoyable night

Awesome atmosphere, great staff, yummy food....we had a fantastic night 😊 We ordered plates to share as a group so were able to sample a wide variety of plates and the booth setting made sharing and chatting really easy

Great fun place for food and drinks! Waiter was great! We were in a booth with 8 people (small people) I would suggest asking for the end booth if you have more than 6 people 🤙🏾

Great venue for cosy catch ups where you can slide the doors to close of your booth and catch up with your friends. Great food, good selection of beer and cocktails etc.

Staff were very attentive and quick. Ambience of the place is always buzzing. Carriages are fantastic novelty to the dining experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking some delicious Thai food. The pork cigars are absolutely delicious!

Curious but excellent! Obviously aimed at a younger set than us but we were welcomed warmly and treated splendidly. Food was very good - we just ordered too much. Reasonably priced too.
