A great spot for singaporean food. Honestly its quite expensive so i wouldn't come back. Its good for one time try!

Third time Tian 38—no new menu items, high prices for small portions as usual but some of the staffs there were disappoiting, particularly in the case of a long-haired girl with a half bun and glasses—very cold, emotionless, unattentive, no smiling or whatsoever. For the price paid, a bit of friendliness wouldn't hurt. Doubt we’ll be coming back for a fourth time with that level of customer service.

The staff was knowledgeable and recommended food that suited us. the service was attentive. Stand-up dishes for us was the chicken satay and kong pow cauliflowers, don't really like the chilli crab jaffles, too oily and couldn't taste the crab. Limited choices of dessert but we enjoyed the pandan gelato.

roast meat still the best ever. especially ther peiking duck but half peking duck serving is actually quite small. hence a bit expensive

Thank you for accomodating us with an earlier booking time. The egg prawn dish was exceptional. Staff were very polite and attentive. We will definitely return next visit to Melb.

Food was surprisingly good! Tasty, good quality ingredients, decent portions and well presented. Very good value for money and loved the pandan gelato!
