Heads up, Sydney, Japanese eating just got a whole lot more exciting. Tokio Fans is contemporary and, to be honest, really quite beautiful. It’s in Baulkham Hills on Century Circuit, set right next to Strangers Creek, meaning you can enjoy some fine sushi by the water. The choice at Tokio Fans is extensive and unique with set menus for lunch, as well as an extremely impressive table menu if the occasion is more formal. The oyster sushi is a must, as is the spicy salmon tata sashimi and the beef teriyaki yakimono. Top all of this off with changing seasonal specials and it’s no wonder Tokio Fans attracts diners from all over Sydney. For fans of Japanese cuisine, Tokio Fans is not to be missed.

Great food, lovely atmosphere, good service, would definitely dine again.
Unfortunately the restaurant gave us a poor table and left prime table seating vacant for the duration of our visit. We were pushed against the bar and was very uncomfortable whilst there were many more tables available but had "reserved" signs... we left at 9pm and no-one sat at those prime tables.
