Nice food & location. Service is quite slow & dishes come out randomly after we asked for entree first.

It was a fine hot sunny day, my friend & I got a nice table by the lakeside. We had mixed tempura, chicken katsu and new dragon rolls which were delicious. The waiter was very accommodating and prompt with our needs. Overall fantastic lunch!

The food is consistently great every time we go to Tokio Fans. We are never disappointed. The team have a relaxed vibe and we didn't have a specified time that we had to leave by. Everything is great, don't change a thing.

Unfortunately the restaurant gave us a poor table and left prime table seating vacant for the duration of our visit. We were pushed against the bar and was very uncomfortable whilst there were many more tables available but had "reserved" signs... we left at 9pm and no-one sat at those prime tables.

All though expensive, the food is (always) amazing and the staff are extremely friendly.

If 4 people have ordered (2 couples) the food should come out at the same time considering the food was ordered at the same time. It feels very uncomfortable when one couple's meal comes out but the other couple don't get theirs for 5 minutes. This is very bad form. There is absolutely no reason this should happen. If the food is a hot meal .keep it warm till all the dishes are ready to be delivered together. Restauranteurs should understand that is good manners

The food was nice but as we have had little experience of Japanese food were would have liked some guidance but found the staff quite inattentive. It was some time before they took our order and once served didn’t come near us again to ask if we wanted anything else like more drinks. They were very busy and did not seem to have enough staff to handle it. A bit disappointing for our first visit.

Attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, freshly prepared well balanced and delicious food, menu items exactly as described, generous servings ... Will definitely come again to Tokio Fans Japanese restaurant, Bella Vista.

We enjoyed out meal but I wasn't happy to receive my meal 10 minutes later then my husband. His meal was a cold dish so there was no reason to bring his out so early. I was just about to get up and complain when it finally arrived. I find that plain bad manners on behalf of a restaurant especially when there are only 2 people . It's awkward for both when one meal is just sitting there for ages waiting for the other to arrive so you can both get started. No-one wants to sit there watching the other person eat. No complaints otherwise

Tokio Fans staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming the moment you walk in the good. Overall great service and great atmosphere. Food was fantastic, fresh ingredients and efficiently served. Will go there again.

Really nice Japanese food. Been many times before and food was as good as always with good attentive service. Some dishes are large and good to share and staff Brad no problem with that. Will definitely go again.

Awesome food and atmosphere. Quite pricey. 3 tempura prawns for $26! That's already a kilo of prawns! Too busy, they need more staff. Accommodating staff.

Extensive big menu, a lot to choose from. Delicious food, my preference is the Sashimi Kingdom, always fresh. Excellent service and reasonable prices, will come back

I was disappointed in the food and service. The white wine was warm, we were not offered another bottle and had to ask 3 times for ice. The accompanying condiments were terrible, especially the wasabi which had no burn or taste at all.

The restaurant was great and the food was good, service was fast and we enjoyed the dinner. Only problem was noisy guests in restaurant next door.

The food is always good!! The box sets are great value. I have been there before and the service has not been the best, but there seems to be a huge improvement to there service.

The service there is always great, greeted with sincere smiles, prompt service and food turn around is excellent. Food is always is fantastic which makes you come back for more.

Nice setting by the lake, with indoor and outdoor seating. Reasonably priced variety of Japanese food including salads, sashimi, sushi, and katsu's. The gyoza are great too.

I celebrated my birthday last night with my family, and we all enjoyed the meal and the service, as always. We've been to this restaurant about 5 times before and we just keep coming back because we love Japanese food. An added bonus was that when they found out it was my birthday, I was given a box of chocolates. What a sweet way to end my day😊

We've been coming to Tokio Fans for a few years now and the food is always fresh and delicious. Service is never lacking. Can never go past the Octopus Balls for entree!

Beautiful food. Service was a bit disappointing having to ask four times for water for the table. Will return because of the food. Very busy.
