Great entertainment for our family and friends - staff were very helpful and conscious of our time constraints. Food and service really good. Thanks for the fun time.
Good food, good service. It just wasn't as good as other teppanyaki places I've been to. Menu was lacking variety as the previous menu had several different options for seafood lovers, vegetarians, and everything in between. The new menu's options are all relatively similar to one another.
The wonderful staff made it a special night for my daughter’s birthday. We were treated to an awesome teppanyaki meal and she was dressed up in a kimono before we sang the birthday song. She was so surprised and loved the special attention. Thanks to Tokyo Teppanyaki!
Staff were really friendly and food was delicious and quick without being rushed. Would definitely go again. The first waiter tried hard on the up-sell, however, there's a lot of food - so consider your course numbers wisely!
We waited over an hour for our chef to arrive. We were with children who were all too tired to eat when they finally started cooking for us at 9pm! . Other tables arrived after us and had eaten and left before we even started. Nearly all diners had left when we were only one course in. There was no mention of discount or apology. Bill was $400 and we had a most unenjoyable experience. The chef was good when he arrived but everyone was over it by then. We had to rush our meals, skipped a lot of the theatrics because it was so late. Everyone skipped dessert but still charged full price. Disappointing. Unfortunately it spoiled our Mother’s Day get together.
Great food, excellent chef, staff friendly but don't know the difference between Bacardi Rum and Bundenburg rum. Other wise would highly recommend Tokyo Teppanyaki. I know nit picking but at $100 / head for banquet dinner plus drinks wait staff should know the difference. All the chefs I saw on the night top class.
They have lost their theatre which made their prices slightly more acceptable. Too expensive in terms of the quality of the food and the service. Won't be going again.
The food was delicious and the chef was entertaining - will definitely go back! The place was pretty noisy though so don't expect a quiet dinner at TT 😊
We had a wonderful night it was my daughters 16th birthday and she chose to go there Artistry by the chef was a lot of fun and the taste sensational Definitely would go back
Food and service were both great and everyone friendly. I just think it's expensive for what you get. Very entertaining night would go back again
Lots of fun ! Great for the kids. Had a fantastic time. We took a group of first timers and they all loved it. They will be booking to go again.
Menu was over-priced and the food was average. The entertainment which is 'factored-in' to your bill was not very entertaining at all and the restaurant lacked atmosphere.
Excellent fun and food . Service friendly but a little slow. Highly recommend and will return. Suits families- children and adults love the teppanyaki theatre.
We had a great time at Tokyo Teppanyaki. My son really enjoyed his 13th birthday and the spectacle of the food preparation. Our chef, Hong, was excellent and it was fun to watch him prepare our food fresh off the hot plate in front of us. The only issue was the cost. It can be expensive for what it is when you have a larger party of diners.
Good food. The chef was funny and entertaining. Atmosphere relaxed. All staff helpful, although did forget to replace our wine. Mixed communication.. overall great night
Thank you for the amazing experience. Had the best birthday ever.the food was lovely. I loved the prawns. Perfection. I love how they suprised me with a birthday cake.
