Vincent's Cafe Restaurant

Staff really looked after us and were attentive to the request of no cross contamination as we had a guest highly allergic to seafood.

We’ve been going to this restaurant regularly for about six months. While the pizzas are excellent, many (but not all) of the other non-pizza meals are pretty average.. the fish and chips is good but tonight’s lamb stew was appalling - absolutely no flavour and watery, thin stew. It’s such a shame because the staff are pleasant and it has a nice ambience, but many dishes have a lot to be desired.

My family and I regularily visit Vincents & we will continue to recommend this cafe/restaurant for those in the area. I was thrilled about how the enite team were able to accomodate some of the extra requests I popped through for my dads birthday. So extremely thankful, all meals were amazing as always and I really appreciate everything Vincents have done and continue to do :)

Booking was taken and confirmed and when we arrived everything was as good as it gets , staff very helpful and food very nice , very good value for lunch menu

Family meal of 4 children and 7 adults we were all very pleased with our meals great variety. Efficient staff table all set up when we arrived meals came quickly which was great for kids who all had school the next day. Arrived at 5,45 and left at 8pm perfect family restaurant well done Vincent’s.

Tired decor should give you an idea of the overall experience this place gives you. The young floor staff try hard and were helpful regarding gluten free choices . Unfortunately the food and wine proved as stale as the decor . The barramundi was under cooked with raw sections whilst the medium steak was only just cooked to medium rare.Mushroom sauce really should have more than 1 sliced mushroom in it as well. To complete the staleness of the night 2 glasses merlot from an old bottle do not impress. Locals are used to Vincents and maybe it can rely on the fact there is no competition around but people will get tired and look elsewhere as there is much better.

Foods good, pricking is reasonable, we were seated in the quieter upstairs above the vibrant hurly burly of downstairs. The view of the sunset was great. We paid full price on a Saturday night, but the $20 weeknight dinner deal for the same food is stunning value. Would definitely come against.

The 4 of us all chose different lunch meals and salads, and we all enjoyed our meals, the waitress was friendly and helpful.

Delicious lunch after changing my mind 4 times, I ended up with the Belly Pork from the Daily Specials Board. Delicious! My lunch companions also enjoyed their various dishes and with two of them being Coeliac, they were very impressed.

Fantastic food. Yummy entrees, Specials and delicious desserts. Will definitely be back again.

Great location in Beaumaris, opposite the beach. We had a table of 9, a birthday. Excellent food, I had the Veal. Well cooked, tasty sauce. Others had pasta and pizza, everyone enjoyed it. Not too noisy (like some restaurants), good atmosphere. There's plenty of parking close by. The staff were attentive. Only reason I didn't give a 6 was that the aircon was turned off early for some reason, may have been a mistake. (it was a warm night), but they turned it on again when asked. Not sure why they don't have Van Gogh paintings on the walls - it would add to the atmosphere.

Very good food and service. Not fine dining but great local Italian style. Mussels were excellent. Pork belly special was a little too fatty but easily avoided but the crackle was as good as it comes. Very adequate servings.

Great lunch special, service was really good. The four of us all enjoyed our meals and the friendly hospitality. Will come back again for sure

The restaurant is in a lovely location, across from the beach and parking was not difficult on a Thursday night. The atmosphere, food and service were all ok but nothing special.

The staff is welcoming creating a very friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed the food which is not only good but reasonably priced. It is our intention return again.

Disappointed spaghetti dry hardly no sauce watered down tasteless no italian flavour meatballs too salty & weard asian inspired taste of corriander instead of parsley

Slow service in taking orders. Food was ordinary and looked unappealing. Staff were overworked , I won't be going back. The kitchen staff need to have a good look at the menu and make changes.

Really enjoyed the food. The tables were well spaced apart. The staff were very pleasant. The view near the windows are beautiful. The whole experience was fantastic.

Had dinner special including a glass of wine , great value, choices and service. Had a table upstairs and had a lovely view of the ocean.

Food was excellent as usual, I would have rated it as a 6, except for an exceptionally loud group next to us, who got louder and louder with every glass of alcohol consumed. Maybe the manager could have a quiet word with overly loud groups who spoil an otherwise lovely lunch.

Neighbour hood gem. Always good service and food. We've been here many times and are never disappointed. Staff are very attentive and courteous. Casual atmosphere which is great for any occasion and very family friendly.

Meal was great, ambience was nice. Waiting staff could have asked the table if any more drinks were required. There was no offer of desserts.

I have driven past a number of times, on this occasion I invited some friends to join me in trying a new place, I was very pleased with great selection of food, good attentive service, and relaxed friendly atmosphere. i will certainly return.

Firstly what I ordered was not what came to the table. So sorry! Plates were taken away when one of our guests had not finished their meal. I believe this is basic training and should be reminded to staff. We ordered dessert and our waitress offered us " soup spoons " with the comment - " is that okay?" No it's not, but at the time you're nearly star strucked with such a comment and accept it. Unbelievable but also in my opinion not acceptable.

Vincents cafe has very good food and a great location. Well priced and just a great overall menu with plenty of variety and something for everyone.

The wait staff have no idea what’s going on... There is a massive difference between Piñon Noir and Chardonnay... Also, when one orders a Merlot, please don’t try and give me the Noir I ordered earlier, or the Chardonnay I didn’t...

Vincent's cafe is always very good value, fresh tasty food and great friendly service. Terrific value with their lunch special of pasta with a glass of wine for $15!

Food very good and staff helpful and happy, lunch time deal is very good value. We have a regular Thursday get together with 2 others and will certainly be making this our go to for a quality lunch.

Always very friendly staff and reliably good food and value. The place itself is starting to look a bit rundown and needs a good clean and paint.

I booked online for 4 Adults and 2 children at 6pm I then rang earlier and changed the booking to 5 Adults. We arrived at 6pm the table was not set for 5 Adults and 2 children and although we reminded staff extra plates cutlery never came we removed some from another table. At 6.55 our orders still had not arrived and we had to ask to check on our meals. We often eat with our young grandchildren and family at Vincent’s but we’re dissappointed at the service tonight.

Very impressed with the good value and quality of the dinner special $20 deal. Friendly service, good atmosphere. We shall definitely return here for another meal.

Good meal, great value as always. A little slow with service and had to get our own menus in the end.Seemed to be only one person waiting but nothing that made the visit less pleasurable

The food at Vincent’s is fantastic and we always get excellent service. This place is definitely a family favourite and we enjoy coming here regularly.
