Good food, effiecient service. Ambience could be improved, would be nice if the restaurant was more cosy. I would go back though and try other things from the menu
Had a great dinner here. Highly recommend the wonton soup. I already have plans to go back for it again soon! Great food and very reasonable prices.

Vinh Vinh have some of the best food along Victoria St! The prices are great, and the kitchen puts out superb Chinese as well as Vietnamese. Also, the staff are the greatest, they are SO accommodating. Thanks guys for a wonderful dinner!
Excellent food. Excellent service. Love this place! This restaurant is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants on Richmond. We've tried most of them and keep coming back to Vinh Vinh.
