A delicious meal was enjoyed by us all thank you....food was really well presented with friendly efficient service in a very pleasant atmosphere ....we plan to return! 😊

We had a delicious lunch (2 adults 4 kids) the service was quick and friendly, dumplings, soup and cinnamon tea were favorites but everything was very tasty. We will be back.

The staff was very pleasant and the wine list had some nice options at fair prices but the food was not that great in my opinion. I won't be going back.

My partner and I wanted to find a good dim sum place. Vision do get food which is fast and tastes delicious. The meals are balanced and flavourful. We will be back

Such a great place, very nice food, one of our favourites!

Lovely restaurant, though rather pricey for their dim sum. We had: Prawn dumplings - generous in portion size but the skin was too thick and sticky. Steamed BBQ pork buns - very small size and infused with a flavour that we couldn't pick. Didn't taste like the traditional ones. Salt and pepper tentacles - this was cooked with a batter which felt more like something from the fish and chip shop. Lovely service, but won't be going back soon.

I have been to Vivisen several times. Tonight’s meal was just ok. Red onion featured to the detriment of each of the two mains and the few otter scraps of broccoli and cauliflower were over cooked. Tonight’s meal was not up to the usual high standards for this restaurant.

Have just enjoyed a beautiful meal at Vivisen Teahouse. Service was excellent. Food was amazing. Best of all, we could talk because the restaurant was not noisy. Loved it.👍

Good but not outstanding food, generous serves, very pleasant and helpful service - adapted the special fried rice to replace prawns with squid to accommodate shellfish allergy. Noise levels a bit high due to small space and hard surfaces.

Dim sum prepared fresh but lengthy wait time detracted from enjoyment. Stir fries varied but not particularly authentic. "Special teas" were really not much more than regular flavoured tea creatively marketed. Cute concept but less than great execution overall.

We decided to have the banquet .12 people at the table all enjoyed the food. There was ample and very tasty.

A lovely meal, good service, neat, pleasant and not noisey or rushed.
