Friendly staff, good deco, service was busy , good portions

Everything was very nice and the seafood tasting plate for 2 was magnificent value. The omission of a finger bowl for prawn shells, bug shells and clm shells was an irritation that is only worth mentioning because everything else was so good. Plenty of free parking makes this a very convenient venue to visit, and the Trivia Quiz on Thursdays is well run and well pitched. I'd prefer it started at 7 as 6.30 is a tad early but we still enjoy it.

Great place for a quick lunch. Food is always delicious and delivered fast.

Come back to visit cos I know the food is fantastic, nice out for a Sunday brunch, food is great & atmosphere great, I really like tgis place.

Its easy to order food at the counter, staff are friendly, atmosphere is great. I had a steak cooked medium well and enjoyed it.

Good atmosphere & quick, unfortunately steak tough, & meals needed more seasoning. Would try again though.

The occasion was an old friends catch up and everyone enjoyed the whole day. Some of us have been going to the Wentworth since the late 1970's and appreciate the changes.

Awesome service by the staff and the food is always delicious.

We had to wait at least an hour before our food came out also the drinks were taking a long time to come out. It wasn’t that busy in the restaurant so I don’t understand why we had to wait so long.

Great venue and food options. Plenty of parking to easily access.

Service was lacking and we had to ask a few times to have our plates cleared away so we could have birthday cake. We also had to ask for plates and forks for the cake and we ended up serving it to ourselves. Perhaps they were just understaffed that day, which can happen anywhere. The staff were very friendly, the bistro was clean and lovely, and the food was great. The kids loved the outdoor play area. The adults appreciated the airconditioning inside. The parking makes everything very convenient. An indoor play area for toddlers where the arm chairs are would have made it even more perfect, but overall it’s a very lovely family-friendly hotel.

food took over an hour to come out.. the portion for fish and chips was so small waited so long to not be satisfied, chicken on burger Was so thin and chicken over cooked , absolute shame: tiny portions; very long wait and it seems to be the norm here it happens too often

Great for groups and kids. Food was lovely and was great having the playground in view of the outdoor seating.

Great variety in menu. Kids playground keeps the younger ones happy.

I do love coming here, their steaks are amazing and perfectly cooked, churros are to die for, and beautiful staff & atmosphere very homely.

The food was really good this time. The prawns in my pasta were a little overdone, but a vast improvement on my last visit.

It was not a great experience. I spoke with a manager on the food as it was not an enjoyable meal.

Good food. Good daily specials. Steak was well cooked. However service was a little disappointing. We went to order eight coffees after our dinner, only to be told that the coffee machine had been switched off. Nobody came around (as is often the practise) asking if we wanted to order anything else before kitchen closed. Then we found out that we could order coffees in the gaming room, but again, we were not informed by our wait staff. So, service was disappointing and missed the mark.

Everything on the menu was fantastic. Kids cheese burgers were thoroughly enjoyed. The only downfall was the chef’s suggestion spinach and ricotta ravioli, undercooked pasta which was very bland. If this was the only dish ordered I would not be returning.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Plenty parking. Highly recommend for an informal get-together.

We always enjoy visits to the Wentworth. Food is good, service is always helpful and friendly. It can get a bit noisy during the trivia night.

Love the Wentworth hotel, it’s a classy local that we always return too. We got the pumpkin salad and the lamb shanks. Salad is very generous in portion size and the shanks go down a treat every time.

The menu has many choices and serves, like my gluten free pizza, are generous in size. However, it would be a bonus to see a few more gluten free options in the menu.

All food for the group was brought out all a time once and was fresh. And brought out take away containers without asking for the left overs.

Great venue for families and kids. The service was great and the food was excellent. Loved the attention to detail like a wedge of lemon and lime in the lemon lime and bitters. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Tonight our steaks weren’t cooked very well. But the staff are great. Friendly and very helpful

although the trivia guy was good, could do with reducing the volume, so people not doing the trivia can chat ,

Hidden gem unless you know it. Great feed, cold beer.

We were a group of 10 on Friday night, everything was great I even had a call early in the week confirming my booking which was nice. The ladies room probably wasn't as clean as it could be but everything else was amazing. Thank you we will be back
