The food was delicious and the wait staff attentive. The wines were mostly Italian which we were not familiar with so the waiter let us try some before choosing which was great. The set menu looked good value so will consider that next time. Reconvened new venue in Cronulla.

As soon as I walked through the door the host told me we had to leave by 7.45pm as table is booked. That kind of turned me off straight away. Meal was good, not enough choices it’s mainly pasta. Dishes on the small side. Wines very expensive. Would not rush back

Not enough staff on plus meal was very oily and salad had brown lettuce, and dressing was bad wrong vinegar not Italian style 😕 we both we’re disappointed we love are green salads

This is my second time visiting Wheat and Barrel and once again the food, service, atmosphere and drinks were excellent. Definitely won't be the last time we visit! ;)

Very basic presentation...a few more herbs/something on top rather than just one piece of parsley .... a bit more of an effort on cleaning the table a bit after the meal and you could have made more money from us if we were offered another glass of wine...but no mention of whether we would like another or not...
