It is no secret that Melbourne is mad about coffee, but nowhere in Glen Huntly does it quite like Workshop Speciality Coffee smack bang on Glen Huntly Road. A whole lot of love goes into each step of the process, from unique blends and supreme single origins they carefully source from farms around the world, to ever-clean grip handles ensuring the best espresso pour. That attention to detail informs the food, too, and you’ll find the menu at this cafe as impressive as any around. Workshop’s amazing food is hard to squeeze into one culinary box – here are some examples: homemade peanut butter waffles with pistachio fairy floss, quinoa and parmesan fritters with salmon gravlax, French cassoulet, ginger-ale sticky pork ribs, homemade wagyu beef burger, coconut porridge, etc. etc. An understatedly cool setting with exposed brickwork and industrial detailings, Workshop Specialty Coffee is seldom quiet so it’s wise to book a table ahead of time, especially for weekend brunches.

It was good food and coffee, didn’t like being asked to review from staff, reviews should be done without being asked
Good quality and quantity food and very reasonable price. Excellent coffee with friendly service. Close to Glen Huntley train station and shops. Not too loud which is helpful if you want to catch up with friends.
Visited for the Mother's Day breakfast and everyone of us enjoyed it very much! Great coffe and food, exellent service, very friendly atmosphere. Staff very attentive friendly and polite. Great way to start your weekend! Would not mind a bit more comfortable chairs.
