Wung Nam Thai Restaurant

My wife wife is a bit sensitive to heat. She absolutely loves the duck here. The skin is crispy and the meat cooked perfectly. Waitstaff are attentive with makes the experience a pleasure.

Great service, view and food, a 2 course set menu meal.

We were last at your restaurant about two years ago. My wife really enjoyed the cocktail Toblerone in fact she had three!!! The one she had last night was disappointing. We can’t put a finger on it but something was missing - crushed ice ??? Also the noodles in my Laksa were over cooked and just stuck together in the bottom of the bowl. Very disappointed. Flavour of both our meals was excellent.

Delicious food, excellent service. Next time will request a quiet corner as noise level frm another nearby table made it hard to converse.

Prompt service. Curry is always good. Coconut rice was a bit gluggy though.

First time. We had a lovely meal there, we arrived at 6pm before it got real busy and had "window" seat table overlooking the water towards Bribie Island (where we live :) ) Service was lovely the young waitresses were very welcoming and attentive. Food was beautiful, we had the prawn wraps (amazing), chicken satay (yum) and I had the prawn pad thai (delish) and my friend and the panang curry (chicken). would definitely dine there again!

Great food and a little different to the usual Thai we are used to. Service was a bit slow but not unexpected for New Year’s Eve. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the dishes. Overall an excellent dining experience.

Lovely food. Great service! Our table had: Entrees: 3 x crab spring rolls $9, 2 x fish cakes $11.90. You could taste real crab in the spring rolls - these were delicious. Fish cakes were about 3x the size I’d normally get from other Thai restaurants and were delicious. Mains: Tom yum with seafood $28.50, beef pad see uel $20.50, red curry with fish $22.50, crispy pork belly stir fry with chilli basil $28.90. All very good. Our friend who had the pork belly said it was amazing and the basil had been flash fried so it was crispy.

The service was awful, it took over an hour to even order food and half an hour for someone to get us drinks and table water. I had to ask for someone to come over and serve us both for drinks and food. We were waiting that long for someone to come and serve us we contemplated going somewhere else.

We had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Thankyou 5/5

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a delicious dinner. We had the fish cakes and crab spring rolls for entree which were so good . For mains we had a chicken red curry and a prawn fried rice and they were absolutely amazing . We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner it never fails to impress 😁
