Love the food - very family friendly, so the kids actually eat!

we have been coming for dinner, regularly, since you opened, just the two of us, or with our children, with our friends and with their families and we have NEVER had the problem we had on Friday. The waiter we had was unhelpful and disengaged from the job and the other man who I assume was the floor manager was very rude and pushy. He basically told me we had not ordered the right amount of food and the children HAD to order their own food and were not allowed to eat from our plates unless they were babies. and kept pushing us to order for each child (which would have been WAY too much food and a waste,) until my more authoritative friend joined the conversation and suddenly there was 'no problem". He didn't leave us alone until we ordered more food. The usual lady and the man who I assume is the owner were no-where to be seen until the end of our visit. the service was slow, the food was slow to come out and the waiter spilt hot food on one our children and didn't apologise or make an effort to help her even when we had to point out what had happened while we were trying to soak up the hot meat juices spilling down her hair and face and back. A disappointing experience from a place we used to love.

Ambience is great. The full board banquet value for your money, there was 5 of us. Only exception, it included dessert, I thought, presentation could be better. Oh & one other thing, the bread came out a little after we started eating. It was not warm either. Maybe made fresh onsite can be a consideration.

Good food, friendly staff, cozy environment... very impressive with the presentation of the 1-meter Mezza board. I've already arranged to go there again with my friends :)

Great buzzy ambience on Saturday night. Efficient, friendly, helpful service, and above all fabulous food. A metre long platter of deliciousness! So much fun, so “ate too much”!

Great place and food looked very impressive to my colleagues, who were visiting for the first time! Food was delicious and generous. The vegetarian mezze was fantastic and have convinced my carnivore husband that it's worth trying! So fingers crossed he'll say yes next time we go!

Food was delicious and fresh...price was reasonable...I'd definitely go there again. Highly recommend the garlic lemon chicken...though you'll be smelly the next day...worth it though!

Great food and service. Good location and plenty of parking.. The staff were friendly and the selection was extensive. My wife and i really enjoyed the meal.

The food was delicious and generous serving sizes. The restaurant was modern and nice atmosphere. The salads, meat skewers and dips were so tasty and fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Lebanese food.

The food has been consistently good, even if the menu is relatively restricted- or maybe because of that. The dips are great, the chicken dishes tender and moist,the kebabs tasty. The service on my last trip was underwhelming. The bread was forgotten until reminded, a double dish of potato was sent without us asking, it was difficult to catch a waiter to ask for something extra, they were busy and appeared disinterested in our other large table. It has been better previously. So food was god, service not so good on this occasion.

What a great find! Zaitoune serves Authentic and fresh and delicious Lebanese food with superb presentation. Lovely staff and family friendly restaurant. We will be back.

Lovely venue, beautiful food and very accommodating staff! We had a wonderful time and will be back! I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are after a chilled atmosphere and very tasty middle eastern cuisine!

Fabulous food, good service and great value. The half meter platters were excellent , we had one vegetarian and one meat. Hard to chose between them which one was better.

Food was nice. Servings were big and meat was very tender. Tabouli was very tasty. Very few people at lunch so service was prompt and efficient. We will return.

We enjoyed an excellent meal at Zaitoune last night with cheerful staff and good service. This is our second visit and we are likely to return.

We were a group of 6. Great service. Delicious food, especially the lamb sambousek, the garlic chicken and the fattoush salad! We will be back for sure.

Great food , awesome arrangement of dips and meats and authentic food. Me and my fiancé loved it there The 1/2 Metre platter is enough for 2 BTW.

Friendly staff with excellent service and food. Portion of the food was satisfying and tasted like home made. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Cost is fair. Easy parking.

The whole evening was excellent. The food was terrific, the staff were just lovely and the ambience was perfect for a dinner night out with friends. Definitely going back... :)

Quality of food was good and staff was friendly but felt that they were pushing us to order the larger size platters and we therefore over ordered. Very noisy as there was a 50th on the next table and couldn't hear what the staff were saying.

Excellent food. Had the 1m share board and everything was delicious. They happily and easily catered for my friend with gluten free options. Not cheap at $46/head but there was much more food than we needed, made for good lunch the next day. If I went again I'd get the same thing but order for half the people. Corkage $5/head is on the high side too. Authentic food, great hospitality from the Syrian and Lebanese families who run the restaurant.
