I have been dining at Al Fornetto for more than 20 years. Firstly with my own children and now with friends, family and grandchildren. I dine here regularly (at least once a fortnight) with friends and thier children. Everyone loves the food. The prices are reasonable and the portions generous. Seasonal specials menu's is always creative - try the crispy pork belly before it goes from the menu! Scarborough has loads of pizza places but Al Fornetto have the best value and best pizzas in my opinion. They don't skimp on the toppings and the crust is crispy and delicious. The same owner for 26 years and our waitress has been there for 18 years (she served my children when they were teenagers). Friendly service and just a great convenient location and family owned and run restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO LOCALS AND VISITORS ALIKE.

Good food, great service, easy booking and good access for us

100% recommend this restaurant. We ordered the fillet Mignon, pizza, Greek salad and tiramisu. Everything was delicious real fresh, real Italian flavors. Service was great, very friendly and kept checking in on us. We were well looked after. Will definitely be returning again 😁

Enjoyed the food and the pizzas were great (fresh, thin and good size). The pasta & risotto were creamy and delicious as well. Indoor and outdoor seating options available (a bit too cold for outdoors during winter - even with space heaters)

Service was terrible. It took a very long time to get our food and we had young children who were hungry. We arrived at 5.45 and did not get our dinner until 7.30. Very limited cutlery and waitress didn’t know much.

Always good. Service the best. Salmon Pizza and Prawn Pizza very delicious. Mushroom Pizza need a bit more flavour and filling... maybe a variety of mushrooms, We couldn't treat the truffle this time.
