The food was good and had generous portions. Unfortunately, the service was basically non existent. You had to actively seek out a staff member and ask for everything. The wait staff never came to out table to offer drinks or the next course.

We booked from Sydney. The food is fantastic, the service is great. Definitely worth experiencing Al Saniour City View Docklands if you haven't already.

What a shame the young chap who greeted us could not do so with a smile or give us the feeling we were welcomed. There were no other guests when we arrived so too busy could not have been an excuse. Our order was not taken correctly, we only ordered two items. Our platter of was very good and tasty. The lass who provided us with water and the missing dish was helpful and pleasant. The constant noise of the trolley from one side of the restaurant to the other was disturbing. Living locally we will consider a second visit.
