Yummy food - generous serves - not the cheapest but good quality

Overpriced. The food was poor quality. For a licensed restaurant for the price we paid we expected far better quality in the food and presentation and tableware. it was dirty and extremely rundown. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Booked a table earlier in the afternoon for 7pm and table was ready on arrival! Guy delivering the order sheet was off in another world and we had to ask for instructions as to what was required! Once all food had been delivered and consumed (delicious) we sat for at least 20 minutes before anyone approached to start clearing empty plates and at no time did anyone ask if we wanted anything else or if we wanted the bill until we finally prompted for the bill! Will possibly give it another try later in the week!

Meals came in funny order: mains and rice first followed by dumplings and later, one forgotten main. Nice food though !

The food and atmosphere may be great, but the service we received was atrocious. No acknowledgment of our thank you’s, food was literally dropped in front of us, and when my husband went up to the bar to pay, he was scolded at because the server was busy, but all of a sudden apologetic when he said he was just trying to pay. Will stick to take away from now on!!

Food was tasty. Service was good when we spoke to someone but it felt like the restaurant was under staffed as we waited a while for service. Only lager available in the beer selection, no IPA or pale ale alternatives.

Another fantastic night at Alice’s. Scrumptious food with incredible service. Loved it.
