Great food, attentive service but even on a table of 4 you could hardly hear the person on the opposite corner - backgroud music a bit loud and so the patrons lifted their voices to compensate - so too noisy for a 'quiet' get together - the usual problem with restaurants without sound absorbing materials on floors, walls and ceiling - looks modern and inviting but reverberating sound box.

My husband and I took our friends to Alphabet Street to celebrate a birthday last weekend. Michael and the floor staff were fabulous and the food was it’s usual very high standard, with interesting specials we were happy to try. I’ve booked in for July with my husband and daughters to thank them for a wonderful surprise party they gave me. Alphabet Street Restaurant is now our “go to” place for celebrations of any kind. Thank you to the owners and all the staff.

Food was wonderful, the cocktails fantastic but it was my daughters 21st birthday dinner (you weren't to know) and I didn"t like having to share the table with another couple. Just a little akward. Overall it was nice, she enjoyed it!
