Had a fantastic lunch here. Green Chicken curry was amazing, as was the Masaman curry. Service was friendly and prompt. Would recommend for lovers of Thai.

Delicious food and fast, friendly service (even though it was an extremely busy night). We love the green curry and the red duck curry here - both are fantastic.

Werent happy with being served an ingredient in two dishes that dining partner was allergic to after confirming it wouldnt be served. Slow service despite being quiet.

Nice quaint atmosphere and friendly service. The food was nicely presented and there was a good variety of gluten free options. Really liked the location.

Portion size was very small - and I am being generous. Tasty yes. But needed to be twice as big for the price. Service was also slow.

Terrible service. Had to wait 2 and half hrs for food, there were only 3 other tables of people in the whole restaurant when we arrived at 630, we ordered by 645 but it still took forever. Never returning

My husband & I have been dining at the Amarin Thai whenever we visit Adelaide & have never been disappointed. We had friends & family with us when we dined last night and they too enjoyed the food, the service & the ambiance. The decor has been updated & the staff was different (maybe new management?) however the food remains tops.

Lovely atmosphere, prompt service, main servings a little on the small side and extras a bit pricey for their size. Enjoyed the red curry duck.

Average Thai food in a pleasant setting. The service needs to be improved. The main problems are in the kitchen however. Needs a bit of creativity.

The sizzling steak was very chewy. The waitress seemed unconcerned with serving and the spring rolls were cold in the middle. We were looking forward to our meal and left disappointed. Four people in our group

Inattentive to specific orders including vegetarian choices and food not up to the usual high standard. Signature dishes Red Duck curry and Massaman Beef tasty but portions of duck and beef meat volume miserable compared with peer restaurants in locality.

Felt rushed by staff removing plates with still small amount to eat. Asked for healthier cooking style was told will do but came oily. Very small portions for big price. Value wasnt there. Mentioned expierience to staff before leaving they gave no emphathy. More concerned about people entering the restauarant.Unlikely for us to return.

Overall experience was excellent - food was a notch above the usual Thai restaurants. A bit slow and impersonal with getting drinks on the table at the beginning (ie ignoring you are there). We all can wait for our food but without drinks especially on a date made it a bit awkward. Also the forced sparkling water bottle on the table means invariably you drink the sparkling. That may be clever marketing but I did feel a bit like we 'had to' drink it.

Overall the meals were well presented and cooked. It was a bit disappointing that Barramundi with green mango had to be served with green apple (green mangos are in season and available). The cast iron steak platters had rust spots from the dishwasher. Still the same friendly atmosphere as experienced in the past and the meals were prepared and served in good time.

Food was lovely, a bit meagre, but flavoursome. The service was sporadic at best. Very slow at one stage, then ridiculously fast, the we were ignored. Would I go back? I would try some where else first.

Meal, atmosphere and service was absolutely wonderful. Only issue was not being able to get a hot cup of peppermint tea at the end because the water was served tepid, twice over. Resolved in the end, but it was a little odd.

We have been to Amarin several times. We tried some dishes new to us and we were pleased with our choices. Very tasty! The staff were unobtrusive, but did check if we needed anything else. We will return!

Nice intermate venue and really lovely staff, helpful without being intrusive. Meal was ok but could have been better. Sea Stars were chewy, my guess is they'd been frozen, they didn't seem freshly made, likewise the grilled barramundi, was quite tough and overcooked, the flavour was really strong too, not sure if it was actually Barra. Friend thought the chicken satays and chicken choo chee were nice. For the price I've had better.
