Good food, quite a lot there so service a wee bit slow but not too bad. Young waiter on "drink" cash register VERY SLOW!!!!

The first thing that was out of place was the waitress wearing BLUE jeans. The others were wearing black and they looked good. The second thing was the meal on COLD plates, as the food got cold very fast. The menu is confusing what is offered each day, not clear enough. The garlic bread great thanks, the mains for my wife and I was great thanks again. little things make a difference.

Fantastic, family friendly venue, with excellent food & great value for money. Not to mention a great play area for the little ones while waiting for meals to arrive.

It was freezing cold in there. We had a steak that was overcooked and very fatty we also got the rolled chicken. The chicken was overcooked and hard at the ages with barely any filling. We ordered the kids hot dogs which they said came with cheese. The hot dogs arrived and it was fake cheese sauce not cheese and the size of the kids meals are a disgrace. The only good thing was the type of beer they have.

Kids meals are advertised as 12yrs and under. It could of just been my children choice of meal but the portions were extremely small!!!

Parma night was busy but not completely full. Service was a little disappointing with two meals missed from our table. Also too service staff a long time to clear plates and had to ask twice for cake plates. Overall a great looking venue, food was very tasty and great value. Just need to iron out a few service hiccups. Would come again.

Been now 3 times, 5 ticks from me meals are great, we will join the club and at this stage it will be our main club when we go out, meals were late for 2 of our party, others had finished when there food was served, still fantastic

Too long in the queue to order. Need more registers. A bit cold in the dining area. Seats too hard. Benches were good. Ordered steak medium well done, came out medium rare.

Great meal. Still only thing needing an overhaul is the staff. Some good new employees but still some of the old lazy ones need to improve or be moved on.

We enjoyed all aspects of our night out except for the noise level making it necessary to raise our voices all the time. Even though there is carpet to absorb noise it still seemed quite loud.

we bought friends tonight and they loved it as much as we did! Boutique beers were on point! coffee as always is brilliant. great staff. thankyou for another great night.

The atmosphere of the new Bistro is not too bad but has lost is personal persona. The noise level in the bistro is unbearable, it desperately needs an acoustic ceiling. It was so bad we gave trying to talk with each other. We ate our dinner quickly and went home, where in the past we would linger and enjoy ourselves.

Excellant place for a meal. Will definitely go back for a meal.

The food was good, people were friendly. My kids liked the play ground. Prob downfall was maybe understaffed. We had our empty plates sitting in front of us for 40 minutes and no one was clearing.

kids night... kids meals were free tonight with our main meals. brilliant food.

Happy great new set up for Amstel. Use to always go to the last place. A good upgrade.
