Enjoyed the food/service and warmth, we are members and will go again

The food was great and the workers are very helpful.

Food was just okay. The chicken Parma felt like it was pre-cooked and just re-heated. The area we sat in was cold (not the main bistro, the other section with the metal van). First time coming and probably wouldn’t come back.

We enjoyed having dinner at Amstel. As always, we have great experiences dining there. Our server was Hannah, who was amazing and made our anniversary dinner experience very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. We’re glad we chose to eat there for our anniversary. We arrived early & were let into the bistro by friendly staff who saw we had 2 children with us & wanted to play in the playroom. They started serving us drinks early too so that was good.

This was my third visit to Amstel and it was not good. To start with I went to the bar and got a beer when I got back to the table discovered it had a whole lot of dregs that had risen to the top. I went back to the bar and told them about it there was no apology just poured me another beer and gave it to me. Then for lunch I ordered lamb shanks when it came I barely had two mouthfuls and noticed a white piece of paper covered in the gravy when I took it out it turned out to be the sticker showing the expiry date which showed it had expired three days ago. When I called the supervisor and showed her what I had found all she said I will take it back and take it off the bill. There was no offer of any compensation like I will get you another one and not charge you for if. Then my daughter in law who is a vegan ordered a vegetable stir fry and when it came she discovered it was a beef stir fry. This had to be sent back and got a veg stir fry. All in all we had a bad experience this time and I don’t think we will be going back in a hurry.

Food service atmosphere all great! Just a little let down about the play area not suited to the u see 3 with everything being up high. Would love to see some things down low for the litties in your next play ground Reno :) thank you

Very friendly wait staff, but not enough bar staff working, long queues to order drinks as many cocktails were being made. Specials were not mentioned by wait staff and did not have seperate menu. Food was excellent quality and was presented quickly. Noise level was very high in the room. Would greatly benefit from some noise reduction measures put in place. Plates not cleared quickly.

Yet again, another great dining experience today. Our meals were fantastic! The bruschetta was so delicious, as was the veggie burger, pumpkin gnocchi and the beef /chicken stirfry. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole dining experience pleasurable. Keep up the good work Amstel Club.

Faultless! The venue is amazing, very modern and clean. The staff are super friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. As for the meals, we couldn't believe the variety to choose from and they were huge portions at a reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit and become a member for a measly $5. Amstel Club is our favourite place to dine and I can't recommend dining here more highly.

We had to find staff to take our order. When ordering we asked about removing coriander from a meal. They said yes, but came with coriander. Otherwise food was lovely and delivery to the table quick

It was my bday and we had a great night but as a member I thought I got something for my bday

Celebrated sons birthday everything was great from friendly staff, helpful, great food, vibe felt good. Great position dircto wheelchair and close to playground for grand kids.

very noisy so hard to communicate with family members on table, meals took a while to come from kitchen but were worth it in size and tasted great. cocktails were fabulous

One thing I would say is that the air-conditioning was way too cold. Would have stayed longer but was too cold

Always a great experience when we come to Amstel, the people are lovely, the food is delicious and the restaurant is gorgeous, will always keep coming back and will bring family and friends, oh and the kids love the playground
