The service was great and the manager was very polite and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious yummy, I definitely would go back again.

Service was exceptional one again for my birthday dinner, banquet amazing.... very helpful with dietary requirements. Staff always attentive and making sure we had enough of everything

It was a shame that there was a rude waiter who served us while we had our shisha When we asked for dessert, he was incredibly abrupt and aggressive and instead of being helpful, he answered our questions as if we were stupid He shouldn't be working in hospitality with an attitude like that

Good service and nice food but I’ve been to Lebanese restaurants and their food was much nicer and their menus was great as it has a huge variety where other Lebanese restaurants don’t have

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Atlantis on the Bay on a Tuesday night the restaurant was buzzing with guests. We tried the Atlantis banquet to taste all varety of dishes all were outstanding in taste, presentation and quantity. All staff courteous and welcoming. Great views over the bay from first floor vantage point too. Can genuinely highly recommend.

The food was amazing and well presented. The portion sizes were perfect and so was the service. The view from our seat was great but I would have preferred for the plastic blinds to be up and open instead of closed as it would have improved the view and the atmosphere especially around the time when the argileh came. Overall amazing experience, definitely coming back!

The Food, atmosphere and staff were all great! Very friendly with yummy food. Helped make a birthday surprise for my husband very memorable. Would definitely recommend.

We walked in and walked straight back out. Restraunt appears very upmarket, mood lighting, classy on website. It was very brightly lit, extremely noisy, overpriced with diners, full of smoke from the smokers. Big TV with football on. Not at all as it appears on website. More like a sports bar. Staff seemed stressed out, we were not greeted and stood around wondering what to do and if we could deal with the noise and smell, we then walked out and we're not even noticed by staff.

Amazing and fast service that it won't disappoint and such a good place to kick back and enjoy with company! My go to favourite place.

Went at 6pm Tuesday, place almost empty. Ambience was poor, bad acoustics, lights too bright and crap music was too loud and annoying. Then they rolled down a huge screen with Fox Sports channel! Then the food....it was way below standard. They brought out a huge tub of hot chips (but no salt) and fried Lebanese bread which was dark brown so the oil must have been on its last legs. The "salad" was terrible, brown cabbage, onion and balsamic sauce. The tabbouleh was limp, dripping wet and unfresh. The meat (lamb, chicken, beef skewers) was just passable and the minimum you would expect. Service almost non-existent. Once they delivered our two banquets and said that as soon as we finished anything, they would be back to provide more, we never were attended again until we were finished. Now to top all this off, alcohol is banned so you could not get or bring a drink!! We will never go back even if it were free.

The food was OK but the service was not good. Our order was missed initially. After ordering the first time, waited almost half an hour before we checked on the order and we were told they didn't have any order for our table. We had to order again and wait longer yet. For the price you pay food wasn't upto it's standard. I invited my friends for birthday dinner, felt a bit embarrassed because of the whole experience.

The food was decent. But it was at par with many other Mediterranean restaurants. I dont think i will return to this place anytime soon. The service was top class though. Nice people.

Food was lovely. Some of the waiters looked sullen and never smiled, others were friendly. Food came quickly but it took a while for our order to be taken even though the restaurant was not busy.

it was a good experience for me and my husband, the staff was really nice and friendly. also helpful when we need an extra time for deciding with our order.

The food was very rich but tasty. Staff were very attentive and genuinely friendly, making time for us even though they had a wedding party to attend. A wonderful cultural experience and enjoyable evening. Would definitely revisit.

Great service, amazing mouth watering food and very upclass atmoshphere that doesn't damage your wallets too much at all. Definitely value for money and a great place to check out with the beach side view.

Great place to eat, and a nice atmosphere overlooking the Bay. Excellent falafels, homous and baba ganouge. Don't miss the fried potato cubes...! Star Dish!

We chose to eat there for Mothers Day. Unfortunately they only offered the banquet menu - however, I did see other customers with other food - so maybe they ordered additional food. Arrived and saw a table with dirty plates, serviettes and staff standing around. Was seated at the table and asked if I could see the wine list - which they then told me they don't serve alcohol - this should of been on their website or should of been discussed when I called them to confirm my booking. Wait staff did not seem on the ball and there was a lot of confusion. Food was okay - however, the last time I was there it was better.

The food was good and very filling. Although we were disappointed there was no alcohol aloud. It was my mums birthday and a glass of red whine would have been great. I won't be going back due to that reason. The service was ok, it wasn't anything to rave about.

The experience was great at Atlantis on the Bay. The staff were friendly and always eager to keep there customers satisfied. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend future family and friends to have dinner at Atlantis on the Bay.

For what we paid it was expensive and then we returned we left almost half of our mixed platter, uneaten because the chicken had a strange taste. Won't be going back as there is so much other quality choices in the area.
