Spacious restaurant, good fast service, reasonably priced. Catered for our large group. Would be happy to eat there again.
Very poor service - no pride taken in presentation AT ALL..... Very slow - I had to get up from my table and go to the counter to order more food and drink. This is meant to be a full service restaurant - BTW is was only 1/3 full.
Service was virtually non existent having to call the waitress over each time you wanted a drink or to order. No follow up after the food arrived. No offer of dessert. Food was average. One waiter entered the restaurant in a track suit and commenced serving meals without washing his hands.
I have been coming here with my school Mum friends since this restaurant opened. The food is always delicious and super tasty. Alway have a good time.
The food here is absolutely amazing and afforadable. However, when we went to order desert at 8:45pm (when the restaurant closed at 10pm) we were informed the chef had gone home. A very disappointing end to a beautiful meal.
Love Bua’s food. But this night. 1 chef plus 1 waitress doing take away orders plus restaurant service! We did book. Restaurant less than half full. In 90 mins we had a cold Duck Pancake entree & no mains yet!!! So we paid our bill & left! McDonalds drive through for us and it was my daughters B’day. Very disappointing!!! Won’t go back!
We went there for our Valentines dinner but had to wait quite sometime for our meal. Seems like they were under staffed for the occasion. Food was great as per usual though 👍
Food was really good and service was great. I would recommend this restaurant to others. We have eaten there on a number of occasions and haven't had a bad meal
the food is delicious, environment is very comfortable, peaceful neighbourhood and easy to find parking. love the musics that they played inside the restaurant, enjoyed the experience eating there, will go back again!
