Dinner wasn't enjoyed by the 4 Adults as not enough flavours & taste. Pizza was so soggy. Calamari no taste & salads very ordinary. Kids enjoyed Kids parmy. Kids play area is great

Food took far too long to come out almost an hour and it was a Tuesday night. Kept being told food was being plated but still kept waiting. Had to go up to the staff twice to complain and ask where the food was.

Meals were quick. Friendly service. Very patient with our crazy kids. Accomodating with putting our birthday cake in the fridge until we needed it and bought it out with our candles and plates and cutlery to serve

We waited along time gor our meals . Over an hour . We were booked in at 6.15 and our meals arrived around 8 pm . The kids had all eaten but our meals took alot longer .

Food was very average. Ordered roast of the day, which was pork, received more fat than pork. Only positive was the friendly service. Would have been nice to know when booking that the kids play area was closing early

Kids food came out super fast! Chicken was a little dry for adults meal

The manager, Chris, came across as judgmental about our parenting which felt out of place for a venue that promotes itself as child-friendly. He provoked unnecessary confrontation and made us feel uncomfortable for simply being there with our child. No parent should be made to feel shamed or unwelcome in a place that advertises itself as family-oriented. While we appreciate that running a busy place can be challenging, a more understanding approach would have made a big difference. We hope the management reconsiders how they approach families in the future but we will not be returning.

Great food ,plenty of it, reasonably priced, very good service

Not as good as usual. Grandson couldn’t eat the cheeseburger - said it tasted ‘wrong’. 👎 Booking was seamless. 👍

Very good staff; very good food, waiting time and service. I'm getting too old, over 70 and I found the initial noise level uncomfortable, but the people around us were all having a good time, so that problem was me. As I said, your staff were very good, friendly, pleasant, and quick. Overall, it was a good night, and enjoyable. Thank you

Took my client out for lunch for her 70th birthday and Buckleys were amazing the staff were very friendly, helpful and the food was delicious 😋 thank you my client had an amazing time.

Meals are very sub-standard. Vegetables on the plate were cold and watery. Children's chicken parmigiana was hardly any bigger than a pack of cards. Totally overpriced at $16

I made the mistake of giving the wrong table number, the staff were quick to recognise this and rectify.

Food was ok however parmas were a bit burnt and took a while between each meal came out so it was difficult to eat as a group of people waiting for each other . However want to return to see the new play area renovated.

always a great experience. the ice cream bar is a real hit with the adults and kids. the staff are great. meals are a good size and the lunch specials are good too. the rewards program is also good and the refresh of the dining area is really nice especially if you get a booth with tv

I love the bar menu that's all day. the lunch specials are great value. the parma special is so tasty and great love finishing it off with icecream. the play area is the best I've seen and clean
