Great experience for kids nice food / atmosphere recommend for family's

Had a great night with family. Enjoyed the food and drink. It was very busy and also noisy but still had a good time.

Food was very good, staff were really lovely. Only thing seats are not as comfy as they used to be, you feel like your sliding of them. But over very nice place...

Friendly staff, good clean venue with great food and service

Food was a bit off the mark tonight. Nasi goring was full of bamboo shoots, fettuccine carbonara was too glugy and the waffles were pretty average.

Great food and service. Amazing kids play area and very family friendly. Always consistently good. Uncle Bucks is always a hit with the kids (young and old).

We very much enjoyed our meal. However we did get one meal that came out under cooked... the venue credit they fixed it and they re cooked a new meal and removed the meal from the bill... so overall very happy with the service....

Dinner wasn't enjoyed by the 4 Adults as not enough flavours & taste. Pizza was so soggy. Calamari no taste & salads very ordinary. Kids enjoyed Kids parmy. Kids play area is great

Food took far too long to come out almost an hour and it was a Tuesday night. Kept being told food was being plated but still kept waiting. Had to go up to the staff twice to complain and ask where the food was.

Meals were quick. Friendly service. Very patient with our crazy kids. Accomodating with putting our birthday cake in the fridge until we needed it and bought it out with our candles and plates and cutlery to serve

We waited along time gor our meals . Over an hour . We were booked in at 6.15 and our meals arrived around 8 pm . The kids had all eaten but our meals took alot longer .

They lost my order I was the only person on our table of 20 without a meal. By the tine I got it everyone else had finished so I was rushing to eat mine before doung the cake we brought

Food was very average. Ordered roast of the day, which was pork, received more fat than pork. Only positive was the friendly service. Would have been nice to know when booking that the kids play area was closing early

Kids food came out super fast! Chicken was a little dry for adults meal

The manager, Chris, came across as judgmental about our parenting which felt out of place for a venue that promotes itself as child-friendly. He provoked unnecessary confrontation and made us feel uncomfortable for simply being there with our child. No parent should be made to feel shamed or unwelcome in a place that advertises itself as family-oriented. While we appreciate that running a busy place can be challenging, a more understanding approach would have made a big difference. We hope the management reconsiders how they approach families in the future but we will not be returning.

Great food ,plenty of it, reasonably priced, very good service

Not as good as usual. Grandson couldn’t eat the cheeseburger - said it tasted ‘wrong’. 👎 Booking was seamless. 👍

Very good staff; very good food, waiting time and service. I'm getting too old, over 70 and I found the initial noise level uncomfortable, but the people around us were all having a good time, so that problem was me. As I said, your staff were very good, friendly, pleasant, and quick. Overall, it was a good night, and enjoyable. Thank you
